Bought a 300 gallon aquariums back on 10/5/2016 with a custom stand they built, and was re-sealed by them. Well the seal looked like a 5 year did it and the seal blow out after 6 month leaving a lake in my living room,burning up 2 canister filters and a 500 watt heater, the stand they custom built i had to pay some one to fix it cause it was off (not made right) When i called the store owner , he said, it was not his problem and would not make it right, so the $1,500. i spent on this tank & stand that dont hold water and a stand that was built wrong, im stuck with. So if you buy from here BEWARE that they dont pawn a bad tank or stand off on you, and make sure you get it in writing and dont pay anything up in advance like i did. Do not take thes people at there word, or get stuck with junk.

Great selection with a varied staff, one of the the older gentlemen who i assume is an owner of some sort has the same mannerisms and character of a car salesman. Not a bad person, but after 15 years in the hobby being talked to like the only fish ive ever owned was won at a county fair gets old and is a pet peeve of mine among the hobby. Longer haired young gentleman there was top notch on his helpfulness, expertise and courtesy (even gave me a little bit of a deal on my purchase which was generous). Overall BEST Selection and prices in the area for fish, corals and invertebrates , will return , only criticism is that some of the staff feel pushy and unapproachable. Others quite the opposite though and that exceptional employee could teach a thing or two.

I have bought three fish from here two mandrin gobies and a pigmy angel. they have all three died i have several tanks and never had any issues with fish living only the fish i have bought drom these guys. The longest one lived was 2 days oh and by the way they wont give your money back just tell there must be somthing wrong with yoir water when i have several small happy fish that i have bought from petworld in lawrence and mission pet mart.

The guys in the store where really great. They came out to our car and told us what kind of lizards we hard. I will be buying all my crickets and supplies there. Very helpful.

Nice store, but I dont appreciate being told that a used protein skimmer is $200 new and given a sale price of $140, when I can buy it new online for $149. Will never be back....
