Not only was Jacob polite and professional, he was very thorough and did not leave any mess behind. He was great about explaining everything and I found him to be pleasant to talk with. He is also understanding. He has cleaned my tanks for about a year now, and Im completely satisfied. The prices are reasonable and worth every penny. when I first got my fish tanks I had no idea how to take care of them. I have learned a lot from Jacob over this last year. You wont regret it.
