Run down, old, and musty. I thought joining a "club" would be a good idea for my family. This one, however, was a huge mistake. Habitually near bankruptcy, they hit members with additional assessments just to keep this place from shuttering. Fees after fees after surprise fees. The golf course itself is quite nice. The rest of the facility is a dump. Do yourself a favor, join a real golf club. Save yourself the headache, both physically and financially.
