Everyone from our office went as a Team Building activity, and it definitely took every member of the team to Breakout! I personally love puzzles, the more challenging, the better. Going in I was expecting the clues/puzzles to be pretty easy and we would just kind of coast through. This was NOT the case. We truly had to work together and use our brains to solve each clue. As far as improvements go, Id love to see a leader board in the lobby for each scenario and an overall leader. It would really be fun for those of us who are, ahem, slightly competitive to see where we rank. (It would likely encourage more return business as well.) Though I would definitely love to go back. I see this as something that could be SO FUN as a date night! Other improvements would be if the lighting were controlled by the person monitoring the scenario, maybe more of a theatrical introduction in the room, and my whole group would LOVE if this were something that could go mobile, and be taken offsite for events. We would be booking that a lot at our hotel for corporate groups! Overall, great experience - efficiently run, friendly staff, clean facility.

Edited to say (and add a star): Customer service is top notch. Contacted after this review about my concerns and what they could do to improve the experience. Never had that happen before! Made me feel totally better (even though I still didnt escape), and were going to give it another try! Thanks Breakout Mobile, for taking my whining and still caring enough to reach out! Id like to say it was awesome, but honestly...I just dont know. The clues in the room we did felt so disjointed, Im not sure how anyone could have followed them. In one case, with the clue supposedly lit up in front of us, none of the five in our room could see it. Maybe the bulbs were out? Maybe our eyesight sucks? Staff was totally great, and Id like to have another chance, since we all left feeling dejected, but with a family of 5, its probably not in the cards.

For the most part the overall experience was a three out of five. I felt like the experience could have been a lot more dramatic I went to the kidnapping one and I know she had to explain to use exactly what we had to do, but right there she could have built up creative and witty things to say to get us even more pumped up. She should have jumped in to character or something but thats just my opinion. The age group should be more space out as well I was in a group with a whole bunch of annoying teenagers (they was nice though). The cost was pretty costly as well and Breakout need to be promoted more by tv or radio because I just happen to run in to it. The overall experience was fun though and the workers are extremely nice I would most definitely come back.

Great time was had by the whole group. Everyone contributed something in our race to solve the puzzle and breakout of the Casino Royale with 78 seconds left. Dont forget to ask the Game Master for hints if youre stuck. They give just enough so you still have to figure it out, but can point you in the right direction. Fun, challenging, sometimes frustrating, even startling but completely worth the experience. Cant wait to try some other scenarios, especially Island Escape when they get it. Our group plans to dress up in costume next time to match the theme.

Had so much fun! We did the Museum Heist ... 2 families - 2 Moms, 2 teens, and 4 tweens. It was definitely a challenge, but we all want to do it again (some wanted to go again right then!) Everyone wants to come back with their personal group of friends too. Highly recommend Breakout - it is definitely worth it! Our area really needed a big kid activity. We finished off the day with dinner at Butch Cassidys - we figured if we could foil a Heist then a few outlaws (or burgers!) didnt have a chance!

My family and I love breakout rooms. We have done them all over the country (Boston, Tennessee, and Alabama) The breakout room here was fun and the staff was extremely nice, but it was not to the same standard as the others. The clues were difficult, and we had a good time, but the ascetics were not as appealing as the other rooms that I have been to. However, this room was much cheaper than others that I have gone to (Groupon Deal) I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, I would go back!

I would post 5 stars, but Ive read that people dont take those seriously as those can be paid reviews. My experience was a 5 star experience...if youre looking for a fun adventurous date or group outing this is the place to go. The staff are friendly and the challenge is real! Ive had some friends who wouldnt try this because they are afraid of tight spaces...we did Island Escape and, if that describes you, I dont think youd have an issue. There is plenty of open space.

I think Breakout Mobile did an overall Fair job. The staff was pleasant and friendly but I was not impressed with the escape room experience. The staff had to physically enter the room on multiple occasions due to malfunctions. Also, there was too much communication between the hostess and the players via the intercom. In my opinion, this hurt the overall game experience. However, Breakout Mobile offers unique entertainment that I wouldnt be opposed to trying again!

So glad someone brought the break out games to Mobile. I went with some friends with work and we had 4 other people on our team. We all worked together and we escaped The Kidnapping in 41:52. We couldnt have asked for a better group of people. Mobile needed something fun like this. I will be back to make sure to play all the games. The staff that night was very friendly and answered any questions or concerns. Thank you for a great experience.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout the whole experience, and I thought it was a nice touch that they did the walk through for us after we didnt solve Museum Heist. I thought that they would just leave us with the torment of not knowing anything we had missed. I plan on coming back eventually, possibly to do Museum Heist again in order to see if I could remember their walk through.

Our group chose the Casino Royale. We had never visited a Breakout. The staff was exceptionally helpful. We would get stuck and the "Eye in the Sky" would give us clues to keep us going. We finished in the nick of time! ! If you are looking for something different, challenging and absolutely awesome to do. ..we suggest you give Breakout a try! Thank you for bringing Breakout to Mobile, Al!
