Great experiences there always. The staff are very friendly and always make sure the customers have a fun time. Jenny is really nice and always orders cool and cute Plushies for ppl to try to win in the crane machines. OMG they got the cute Wooly Sheep this week. There is also another guy Russel that is very charming and makes sure the customers are enjoying their time. All the other staff are very friendly too. The tech guys even make it an initiative to make sure the games are fixed, if the buttons are not responding, for example, they will go fix it. You have to let the staff know about an issue, before they can fix it. I got mad at my friend for not letting them know that one of their machines was broken for at least a month or two. Most button mashers wouldnt be able to recognize it, but I let the staff finally know that certain buttons and directionals were not working and, VOILA, they fixed them right away. They certainly have my respect, since they care for the games and for the ppl. This is coming from a Platinum Member. My only complaint is that its funny that at Platinum level you dont get rewarded with more value for your credits if you purchase $100. Its better to get the $10 deal at that point, but no worries. I am still getting a great discount. Keep up the good work, and get Tekken 7 before its too late and it becomes a console game.

I used to frequently hit up Round 1 after work with my boyfriend since they opened. Lately, Round 1 has been underwhelming, overly dirty, severely understaffed, and no one seems to care. I know some of the workers and all this started to happen when they changed management. The old manager was very nice and would even remember our names. He knew exactly what we were going to play. Now, people at the front are inattentive and seem to not care. The look also took a nose dive. Cranes are never stocked, games are off, and the bowling lanes arent oiled anymore. My ball keeps veering off to one of the sides. If it wasnt the only thing open until 2 AM, I wouldnt go here anymore. Unfortunately, its the only thing open near my work and I get off at 11 PM. I went from at least 3-5 times a week in 2015-2016 to now 1-2 a month. And honestly, I might stop going all together.

I use to love Round One, but now Im not sure if I want to go anymore. I went last night with a friend and was accused by an employee for lying about how many tickets werent paid out by a machine, when he clearly saw we had played the game (Their card system has a way they can look up what you played) and showed it didnt give us tickets. We even told him there was a little error message on the game that stated how many tickets it owed, because it was a game that added the tickets to your card instead of printing them out. Then, after we finally got him to give us the tickets we won, we went to play another game. While the game was giving us tickets, they shut off all the machines without warning even though they still had ten minutes before theyre said closing time. We lost tickets, but not wanting to deal with that employee again, we left.

Cool hangout spot w/ blowing, arcade games, darts, and table tennis. Came with a large party. Alex, who worked the front desk for us was extremely rude and dismissive when we asked to split our party into separate lanes. He was outwardly frustrated and took all I had in me to not call him out on it. Contacted the manager, who was working the bar at the time and let her know his attitude was not acceptable. She said she would handle it but did not recieve update after that. Will chalk it up to a young, rude, high school kid who was clock watching until the end of his shift. I will go back.

Took my daughter and her friends to do karaoke. The girls had a good time but for the first 5 min, the remote didnt work, called someone who came 10 mins later essentially wasting our 15 mins. Then in the middle of singing the microphone died and I had to go back and tell them then they made us retyrn all the equipment and change rooms wasting another 10 mins...guess what I got charged time for all of that time as well. They charge you by the hour but dont stop the clock even when its their equipment that fails. In my book thats just plain dishonest business practice.

Great service. Its messy not because of workers, they have so many games its awesome! I personally love shooter games so the unlimited for one hour($10) was perfect! (swipe every 60 sec/1min). Food is reasonable, its an arcade ~ full of food for munchies The staff are very very attentive and friendly! Loved going with friends and its so much fun when you burn them in racing games~ Definitely a place to visit :) and to have fun! I highly recommend this place ^_^

Worst encounter at an entertainment establishment to date. There is an employee in the prize/redemption room by the name of Jenni who is the most rude person we have ever met. She has the worst customer service skills ever. She yelled at us for nothing and prior to was busy talking with her friends and ignoring our need for assistance. I will be reaching out to the corporate office in California via letter about the matter.

Love the games at this place, but they seriously need to review their age restrictions. I dont understand why LEGAL adults (18+) have to be accompanied by older adults (25+) after 12am? I understand that there is a bar and people under 21 obviously cannot drink, but isnt that what the wristbands are for? Youre kicking out the designated drivers! Why 25, of all ages?

Honestly you are better off going to enchanted castle. I hate to say it because I have been to other round1 locations and they normally provide a cool unique gaming experience. This location however has very low ticket pay out lowering its value as a game room. But hey if you want to go for their unique game line up and crane games then this location works fine.

Love this place! But can be pricey. Some games are a hit or miss but if youve got skill you can win alot of stuff not too much money. Mostly all the employs are very nice and I feel very welcomed. If I could awknolege the workers by name I would. My favorite are the crane machines. Great selection of stuffies.

Awesome service, Awesome arcades you cant find anywhere else, and awesome atmosphere. Its not crazy crowded, and the space is pretty large. If you love rythm games, this is an SSS space. If you dont, there are tons of other things you can do here too! The food is also pretty good (just a little pricey)

First time here tonight & it was very fun. Some of the games seem to be priced just a little high but the reloadable game card is a great idea instead of people always losing tokens. Love how clean it was and the atmosphere was great. Plan to come back and bowl & shoot some pool. :)
