My girlfriend and I went to go bowl at Brunswick Zone on a Saturday night. We were told by the staff there was an hour wait which was along time but we were looking forward to having a good time. There had to be atleast 12 lanes open with nobody on them. The front staff asked for telephone number and said when our hour was up they would send us a text. We went into the bar to kill some time and never receieved a text after an hour 5 mins went by, I went up to the counter and asked what was going on. The staff claimed they called us 25 mins ago. I asked what happened to the text they said they were going to sent out and he claimed well it should have but it didnt. We had a babysitter for the night and the communication by the staff was horrible. Then we started bowling the other lanes were standing right in front of our lanes pushing the mechanical stand for the kids infront of our lane. I bowled 3 spares and not one of them were counted had to keep going to the desk to inform them that the machine was not counting correct. After the fourth time I went to the counter the staff sent us to a different lane the same thing happened wasnt picking up the pins itd say we hit 3 down and thered be 7 gone. It wasnt even fun had a very horrible experience wouldnt recommend anyone going there. The bowling was more expensive then most bowling alleys and nothing worked correct. Also, be quick at getting a bowling ball there was very few bowling balls to choose from and than to find one that fit your fingers was beginning to look impossible. Dont waste your money or time. Staff was very rude.

I went there with my family today and initially it looked like a cool place to hang out..few mins into our first game our game froze and took at least 15 mins for the customer service to help us. When we finished our game and proceeded to the counter to check out one of the guy told us to wait in a long queue to check out although we had seen a few people just cutting in line to check. Nevertheless, we were waiting in a long line for about 15 mins and then the manager walks in and my cousin tells him that we are wanting to check out , he calls us to the counter which I guess they just opened for people checking out (although this shouldve been done in the first place). As we walk to the counter a couple standing in front of us were I guess waiting to checkout too..my cousin takes literally 2 steps to ask the guy about checking out and the gentle man with his wife/gf speaks in a very rude manner saying "Back off". Now we didnt even say a word to him , his lady on the other hand was trying to calm him down, but he didnt stop and kept talking. We still ignored , already moved back. Then the manager jumps in and explains to that gentleman that he had asked us to come here at the counter.. he then says "Im only here to pay" and doesnt not apologize but continues to speak relentlessly about God knows what but we felt racist vibes from him. In short our good experience turned into a very bad memory. Never coming to this place again.

I went to the bar with some friends. They ordered and received their drinks within five minutes. When I ordered only two drinks I had to wait 10 minutes for him to even take my order. When he took my order the FIRST time he wandered off and served other customers that arrived after me. When he came and took my order the second time, charged my card, and then I waited another 10 minutes while he served more people but he didnt even try to start making those two drinks. Then he charged my card for 17.38 but my two drinks were listed on the 3.00 special menu. The receipt showed where he voided a drink out but then added it again twice. Im sorry but six dollars plus tax does not add up to 17 something. So when he finally arrived with one of the two drinks I mentioned the charge fee card and it took him a long time to even correct that. Normally I dont make a fuss about these situations but this was absolutely ridiculous because the bar was not that busy. Customers arrived here and there and Im no a picky person if Im accidentally skipped but last night I was completely ignored for a long time and it was rude as hell. He looked at me multiple times as I was trying to get his attention and still ignored me.

I used to come here since I was little and it was Galaxy World. Since Brunswick took over, it seemed promising... until a few years ago. All the games started dying out, very few games were replaced, has a handful now compared to the loads they used to have. I havent bowled in forever here but I came with friends all the time to play pool. A few years ago they used to have 11 dollars unlimited pool except weekends, or 8 an hour. Then it went up to 11 an hour, no more unlimited. Thats reasonable. But as of 2016, my friends and I walked in, I handed my credit card over, the employee looked over at one of the guys(supervisor?), he looked at me and my friends, and nodded his head to her discreetly(note I say discreet because I was looking away but watched sketchy bodily movement from them so kept my peripheral sight on them) and she proceeded to tell me right before telling me to go on in that the price had jumped to 20 dollars an hour... I laughed, took my card back, and headed to parkside. Brunswicks tables are disgusting, broken, and unplayable, we wont be back unless something seriously changes.

Wanted to set up a group event here next month. I submitted email twice and only got one response back from adam. Only to have him criticize my party plans. All i wanted to do was reserve a few lanes and order some pizza. I dont need packages or anything special. I eventually hung up on him after he refused to give me to a manager. We had came here last night to check it out only to find out the entire place is under construction. They only have bowling and ten arcade games. The place was so packed with young kids you couldnt even move around. Then they dont even serve food or drinks. Glad we came here to observe this place. At least they lost our business for good. Since there was nothing mentioned over the phone by adam that this location was completely under construction. Glad i didnt go through with paying the outrageous prices per person only to end up coming to a place thats under construction. Poor customer service and Poor appearance. As well as outrageous pricing. Guess ill send our group event to a place that actually wants our business.

Specifically came here for the $2 Tuesday, which is advertised to include $2 tacos, $2 games, $2 PBRs, & $2 drink specials. Arriving at the Bowlero in Naperville, the staff was completely unorganized, unprofessional, and lacked a sense of urgency. No one asked if we needed help, it was up to us, the guest, to ask for their help. After finally receiving a lane and flagging down our server, we were told that they could not honor their $2 drink specials. Not only is this $2 advertisement on the Bowlero Naperville website, but was advertised on their televisions that were right in front of your face. Multiple people even called beforehand and asked about the specials and sure enough, they were told about the $2 drinks. Sure, I get it, laws are laws but take the advertising down! Don’t tell us one thing and do the other. Bottom line, never coming here again nor are the multiple people that we brought with. Place was EXTREMELY understaffed, took an hour for our food to come out, and just felt that we were an inconvenience to staff all together.
