very dissatisfied!! Employees resort to threatening to call the police for simple lane switches. Been bowling this place for years now. Must be under new ownership or something but they still should know how to work youre computer software and register. I paid for my lane for all you can bowl, bowled one game. Went to the counter and asked if i could switch down a few lanes where I was going to join a friend.. not like the place was busy they had about 8 other lanes wide open. "Oh no sir we cant do that." Any other place wouldnt have had a problem with doing that. Then I asked for a refund so that i could repay to join the lane that my friend was on.. "No we cant do that" eventually they did refund me, then asked me to leave and said if I DIDNT, they were going to call the cops. So I left to sit outside in the cold bowling parking lot to wait for my ride to finish bowling! In reference to a few reviews back I read that you guys did SWITCH LANES for some lady and her kids to accommodate for her party. All in All I rate this a one star, not even ample evidence for that. Was it just for the money or something how can u run a business? how could you put such a person behind the counter to deal with consumer service? Felt kind of discriminating in a way. let alone no one could show me the bowling policies to support their argument. very expensive and in my experience very RUDE! Time to take business elsewhere. I would recommend bowling green"easy green", Elgin bowl, or funway.

YESS ! the same thing happened to us.. we bowled only 1 ball each and they shut our lane off and said we broke the bowling alley because the ball ended up stuck in the middle of the gutter on the side . all they had to do was walk and get the ball but they threatened to call the police if we didnt leave I asked for a refund and never got it. they said we could get the refund when we pay to get the ally fixed . they had poor customer service. when we had got there .. nobody helped us at the desk we had to go find someone to open up a lane for us. the employees had attitudes from the start. worse bowling experience ever we will NEVER go back !

Fun place to go on a cold day with the family. We have taken our kids here (2 and 4) several times and it is always a good time. They have cosmic bowling where they turn off the lights and turn on a bunch of party lights and the kids love it. As far as bowling rates go it isnt the cheapest place but the staff is friendly and it is well maintained. Also the food here is good, they make the pizzas there instead of just popping in a frozen pizza like almost every other bowling place I have been to and they are tasty.

@Probowler. Obviously you arent a pro bowler since your crying over your cosmic bowl time being cut short. And this place Is great. They do not allow outside food or drinks. You cant kiss the sign. They have a new menu that is really good. But they close the kitchen at like 11 so prepare for that. The staff is always friendly and talkative. Best bowling alley around.

This place was horrible! The people were rude and not helpful. The employees did not seem to get along. The cosmic bowling was cut short and did not last the entire time. They refused to serve us food, but then gave us a hard time about bringing in our own. We went on a Friday night and the place was EMPTY!

Its cheap bowling, the price of the beer and food is a little high, but thats expected of a bowling alley. The service is okay, Ive had dealt with some really nice employees and some rather rude ones. All in all, its a good place to go for a fun night.

Used to be waaaay more fun. Went on a Friday night and there were two drunk guys waaaay over served at the bar and one other group bowling in the entire ally. Meant more for bowling leagues than a night out with friends or family

Terrible service on a Friday night. Waited 40 min for nachos, another 20 for a hot dog. The place wasnt busy. About 15 lanes out of 32 was in use.

Modern clean and family oriented bowling center. Easy to get to with plenty of parking. A great place to play with family and or friends.
