This place has the worst customer service imaginable. I paid $50 for 4 of us to rollerskate. As soon as we sat down to put our skates on they announced that skating was over. So I told the kids to get their shoes back on and I went to request my money back. The girl who took my money 5 minutes earlier practically refused to return it, stating that I did not pay for 4 people. She finally returned my full fee after she made everyone show her the stamp she put on our hands when we came in. I then spoke to a manager named Frank who was working behind the bowling shoe counter and expressed my displeasure about receiving such terrible customer service. He told me it was an upper management problem and I should have been aware of the skating hours before I paid because it is advertised on their website. Seriously? My kids and I were disappointed and this poor management did nothing to try to salvage our trip. These people need to take lessons on how to keep their paying customers happy. Its extremely disappointing considering I have patronized Funway since I was a child and I have spent hundreds of dollars taking my own kids here. As a life-long loyal customer I feel cheated and the owners need to know how poorly my family and I were treated.

I like everything but the arcade. I took my girlfriend and her little sister in hope that I could win her some toys for her birthday but the machines are beyond rigged. Claw machine doesnt even close (big one) and the mini one by the ticket counter literally snaps mid way through picking up the toy. Ive been to many places with claw machines (and have proof of my skill) and sincerely this is beyond cheat. Some machines are hard to win but not impossible. Even this one game where you flick an alien on the screen to cover in ink a sphere promises a price if 95% or better is done. However the machine was empty and would not give out price for several tries. I loved the roller skates, mini golf, bumper karts, bowling and like 80% of the arcade games. I just wish they wouldnt try to cheat you out of winning prices. Other than that its a great place.

I wish I could go 2.5 stars. Took the day off work and took my daughter there on an institute day when she was off school. Website advertised indoor mini-golf, which sounded perfect in the middle of January. When we got there, the bowling lanes were open, but nothing else. We asked about mini-golf, and Frank (a manager, maybe? He had kind of an awkward way of speaking to people) told us that the entire upstairs, including the arcade, bumper cars, etc. was closed until 4 PM. They cant open until after school hours (remember, school was not in session that day). Ok, if thats your rule, fine, but maybe post that on your website? He did finally open the mini-golf for us, but the whole thing felt very awkward and I was disappointed that I drove my daughter out there for a fun-filled day....only to be done with the fun in about 20 minutes.

Awesome experience! I wasnt a fan of skating or bowling but they make sure that theres something for everyone. Even though I wasnt interested in those things, they still had Batting Cages, GoCarts, Laser Tag, a arcade and so much more! The $50 deal got us an extra $15 worth of games which we had to be intentional about spending all of during our 6 hour trip. There was so much to do for a very good price. I loved it and will definitely be back. It was fun with a group of teenagers, I saw tons of people with their children (of all ages) and my girlfriend and I even said that this would be a fantastic place for a date. I highly encourage you to check this place out if you havent already! Better than dave and busters, better than enchanted castle, better than chuck e cheese, better than tons of places. Awesome experience!

I HATED IT!! I only went once and it was terrible. I think the only time I had fun there was roller skating and thats all Ive some there because Im do with it. Every staff there is mean like they are old people who havent had any sleep for 2 days. Their drinks were flat and grouse, or was way to over priced and I think that they should take the buildings down so they can put a new and less crouded skating rink. When I have kids they are never going there unless they take their kids there and I highly doubt that they will ever do that.

We purchased a groupon deal to get in but for three weeks in a row they would never take the reservation at a time that wasnt morning hours. Finally, having promised my children this as a gift I took them in for full price and the place was not busy in the least. From my perspective they refused my reservation in order to maintain empty lanes. The facilities themselves are OK. Bowling and rollerskating are fine. The arcade is lame. Bumper cars was fun.

Funway is always an awesome place to go for great value priced entertainment. Summer time its Gokarts, Mini golf & Batting cages. Roller Skating & Bowling are great too! The facility is always well kept, and clean. I have been coming here for over 15 years and the staff is ALWAYS friendly & courteous. There is always something to do here that you didnt do last time!! Funway is a great local treasure! Thanks for always adding new attractions!!

I have been to Funway twice in the past two weeks, with children ages 8-16. They all loved it. We were able to play laser tag, bowl, play mini-golf, bumper cars, arcade games and roller skate. They even have skee-ball (which is my favorite), not to mention air hockey and a giant PAC-man game. There is also a grill type food stand and a bar. This was a great place to spend a cold, wet day. Reasonably priced as well! Cant wait to come back!

Decent evening of bowling until we had to deal with the counter staff. They were completely unhelpful and acted as if they were doing us a favor by fixing the glitch with the lanes which ruined our game. We stopped going here due to similar treatment, attempted to try it once more and were disapointed once more. Floor and food staff were however very helpful and outgoing, they are the only reason why I was generous with 3 stars.

I went there yesterday with friends, and its so big. And there is so much to do! I really love the roller rink. They should put ceiling fans in the Lazer tag room because it gets really hot in there. The food was great. Staff was friendly! Soooo much better than Odyssey fun world. The ceiling fans help a lot. They should have more I the arcade area!!!!!!! I will DEFINITELY be back!!!!! We went here for my husbands birthday, just the two of us and it was a blast.We enjoyed the mini golf,fought over the arcade games and had a great time in the indoor spin zone bumper cars. The staff is awesome .The two of us also engaged a laser tag battle.Great place to spend the day when it is dreary outside.We plan to come back in the summer to enjoy more of their outdoor offerings.
