My previous review is down below.... as it is obvious I am a frequent patron, twice a week in fact for class. However, today we had gotten coffee before taking pictures and later in the day my mother needed to use the restroom so we stopped in so she could go. We didnt think this was a problem as wed bought a coffee just an hour or so earlier. But she was met with a rude comment from the employee at the bar. Its very upsetting that this was her first experience at my favorite coffee house. I dont plan on purchasing anything from here ever again, it upset us both, but myself especially since I thought there was a rapport with the employees and myself. I get that this is a local coffee shop, without as many rules as a chain one, but maybe think before you speak. We come here every week for our Journalism class, and I cant believe I didnt visit before! They have the best coffee, Ive been a customer for over 4 months and never have received a bad cup. I suggest any of their mochas. The food is also delicious and well made, again their consistency is top notch. They also have live music from time to time. Its a great local alternative to fast style coffee shops.

Wow! Who knew that Caldwell would have such a great restaurant? The building is an old bank and the ceiling is sweet. The iced chai was one of the best Ive ever tasted, and the roast beef sandwich was simply prime. The menu is just right. Eclectic furnishings are neat and the music isnt overpowering. Great place to come read and be inspired to write.

Its good If you are in the hood. Coffee and sugar are my drugs of choice- I dont like mixing with the alcohol scene. Vive la difference eh? My "Danish" was hard on outside soggy in the middle and latte was ok but iced (I asked for hot). I LOVE The ambiance here and the community/ family vibe!

Great location for coffee, craft beer, mixed drinks and light food options. Live music can be experienced as well as tap take overs and other activities. Food is fresh, no fryers, so mainly sandwiches and salads with plenty of sweets options like cookies and such.

Went in just to check the place out and ordered a beer and some food. The food wasnt bad but for 10$ you would expect more food than what you get. No hot food just sandwich stuff and cold food. Beer was good but their are cheaper places to go.

Just had my first lunch at the Bird stop. Had a wonderful time. The Reuben was excellent I had a Capuchino was very good. Im so happy downtown Caldwell is improving. We need to support our local businesses . Keep up the great work.

They had great coffee and great service. The breakfast selection was limited to the pastries prepared in the display case. A great quiet place to get breakfast and coffee. Was my first visit and I would go again.

One of Caldwells hidden jewels! This is an amazing place with a good taste in music. The environment is very comfortable and an excellent place to relax. Their ice chai tea is the best in town.

Very cute and hip place. Serves coffee and alcohol. Its been busy when we go in but no too busy. They have a small menu which is fine. We are Vegan and GF so there wasnt much for us there.
