Very poor customer service even if therere rules why turn away customers that has money and ready to sign the contract. I was going to use thus place for my wedding and reception but Ill find somewhere else to go. The place is beautiful Ill give it that but its not all that for management to act the way they do. But like I said its all good therere plenty of other places out there that are better and less pricy that offers more. No comment necessary from management unless youre trying to make an appointment!!! (Please understand rules are rules thanks in advance) so today is 6/20/16 my fiance just informed me that she got a call from the manager of this place. She was told that the owner of this place doesnt want to do business because of my review. Lmao since the owner or management are finally reading these reviews they can now know that they both can kiss my ass. We are well over here even found a better venue that looks better and offers better stuff for half the price. So were good lmao thats funny ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.

Oh my goodness!!!!!! Jolie is the best place to go for an event... I just used there services for my mom surprise 50th birthday party and the staff Ms. Gwen and Ms. Bre was outstanding, they even gave me a blessing for being a blessing to my mom... the place was clean, spacious, inviting, and great with cost. I was completely overjoyed with the space I rented and the decorations... it was such a blessing to have them... I think everyone should take the time to visit the venue and see all four room spaces because it looks even better in person... Jolie thank you so much for making my moms birthday party memorable... she cant stop talking about it... lol

PERFECTION AT ITS FINEST!!!!!!!!! To say that this venue is perfection, wouldnt even beginto describe the amount of time, professionalism, and personalism that was shown while planning my moms 70th Birthday Party. Bree and Gwen were both helpful and attentive to the plans of the party. They brought the colors for the room very elegantly and the food was superb!!! They also were open to making any changes that would make your day a bit better. It was indeed a pleasure to work with these two beautiful women, they are the epitome of class. Thank you for making my moms day a special one. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

I recently held my 40th birthday party at Jolie in the Pearl Ballroom and I must say, I dont think I could have selected a better venue! Gwen, the owner and Bree were the two individuals I mainly dealt with during the process and the customer service they provided was beyond exceptional. The venue is stunning and extremely reasonable for all that is included! I received many compliments from guests just on the venue alone. For any future events that I may have that require such a venue I already know where I will go! Thanks for everything!

Our high school faculty and staff were very impressed with the professional service provided by Gwen! She met and exceeded all of our needs from the beginning to the end of the planning process. The catering staff prepared delicious food for our holiday party. I would recommend this event facility without reservation!

The invitation stated the party began at 6pm but they were still setting up at 6pm. We didnt enter until 7:30pm.
