HORRIBLE VENUE, HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The Palace was rented for my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary & vow renewal ceremony. This was a huge occasion for our family. When my grandmother booked the venue, she was promised a private dressing room for all of the members of the bridal party. When we arrived, it was not the case. Another party had been booked at the venue, and was present at the time of our event. Because this room was being used, we were not allowed access to the larger dressing room. Myself and the bridal party had to share a small, closet-sized room for dressing, makeup, hair, etc. My grandmother had no room at all. She was forced to go to another family members house to get ready. The BRIDE was not able to get ready at her own venue! Not to mention the room the bridesmaids were using lost power several times! We were in the room without any light for at least 20 minutes! The entire ceremony was pushed back because of these inconveniences. This venue is not very pretty at all, but with the right decorations it looked decent. However, this place has very poor A/C. The guests were hot and the air was turned off on us during the ceremony and reception. We were literally sweating through our clothing. To top it all off, my family was required to stay and clean the entire venue including taking out the trash and vacuuming the floor. I was saddened and deeply upset by the way my family was treated by the owner. She was disrespectful, nasty, and unapologetic about the terrible service she was providing. Luckily, nothing ruined my grandparents special day. We are working on getting at least our deposit back but hoping for partial - if not full - refund. If I had my way, I would make sure that The Palace never gets any business ever again!!

I HAD THE WORST TIME EVER.THE MANAGER AHADA WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TOWARDS ME.I WAS LIED TO ABOUT SEVERAL DIFFERENT THINGS . I PAID FOR THEIR DJ AND THE DJ TURNED OUT TO BE AHADA,SHE WAS UNABLE TO GET THE MUSIC TOGETHER. MY FOOD WAS COLD , MUSIC WAS HORRIBLE, MANAGER WAS HORRIBLE,AND WORST PART OF ALL OF THIS IT WAS MY WEDDING DAY AND SHE MADE THE EXPERIENCE VERY BAD FOR ME AND MY GUEST. I WOULD NOT REFER THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I planned an event at this venue and it was one of the worst experiences I ever encountered.. The manger was rude and had poor customer service. They refused to let me put up balloons that had weights on them because they said they may get caught in ceiling fans that were not even on. They refused to move ugly decor of dead flowers and plants that did not coordinate with my decor. It was horrible. I would not advise anyone to rent from them.

Im planning a Sweet 16 and DO NOT want to deal with anyone that will not let me decorate how I want. WOW! This place sounds horrible. I know when I went by to look at it, it seemed sketchy but now I know the real story. I appreciate you all being honest where others can see it.

I had my wedding there back in June 2011. It was beautiful. Ahadah and her husband took very good care of me and my bridal party. I would totally recommend them for your event. I loved The Palace Banquet Hall. The price for my wedding was very reasonable for a bride who is on a budget. It was classy and elegant! ( they even send me invites to different events they sponsor)

This place is amazing!!!!! The price is right and the staff is like family. We had a small family gathering right after Xmas and everybody was just blown away. We danced the night away. You will not find anywhere in metro Atlanta that offer the amenities you receive at the price they offer. Must see to believe. Will put this location in my fav list for future events.

It does not deserve my ratings the lower floor will suffocate you to death in summer,not enough AC blowing through the whole downstairs,there is no ventilation and this thieves will also try to steal and keep your deposit,the worst hall ever their service is so ghetto they lie and steal I SWEAR!

This has been the absolute WORST experience Ive had dealing with a banquet hall. Adah (?) is a liar. My event is this Sunday She has refused to give me a refund for overpayment. I wished I had read these reviews before booking.

I have rented out this place 3 times.. plus went to a birthday and 3 weddings and never had any issues. Its very beautiful convenient and accomidating you need it thet have it.. And it has a stage and nice size dance floor..

THEY MADE THE DAY OF MY DREAMS A NIGHTMARE, THE AC WASNT WORKING, MY GUEST COULD NOT HANDLE THE HEAT, THEY REFUSE TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THE INCONVEINENCE, SO I TOOK THEM TO COURT, WON A JUDGEMENT AND THEY STILL REFUSE TO PAY

Love the staff. I hosted my Christmas Dance Recital here, and the staff was so patient with my students and parents. Love the space it was perfect. Everyone had a memorable time!
