Unfortunately we had a completely different experience at The Woodlands. Yes, the halls are large and the food is decent, but there were a lot more cons than pros here. First off, the place was incredibly dusty. While putting up decorations we were constantly showered with not only dust but also large dust bunnies. Even then, no big deal. Nobody is coming around with a white glove at the reception. The worst part was the management. They were rude, unaccommodating, and snapped on anyone that came into contact with them. The owner acted as if we were inconveniencing him whenever we talked to him and went back on his word on multiple occasions. The way in which he interacted with his customers was appalling. For that as a customer I do NOT recommend going to this hall. This is very disappointing to me because I have never in my life written an ill review of someone. However I wanted to put the word out so I can save others the same headache.

We had our Wedding reception at The Woodlands and it was amazing. The prices were extremely fair compared to everywhere else I looked at. The venue was clean and beautiful. I Worked with Ray and Dave and they are the nicest people ever. I dont have any complaints about the Woodlands. The food was amazing... From what all my guest said. The staff was top notch and they made my night one to remember. Thank you guys for an awesome venue to have our wedding at.

Everything was perfect, food was absolutely amazing. Definitely pick the broccoli casserole, sounds terrible but it is divine. Dave was super, everything was done as you would expect them to do and he didnt up charge us for silly things like others we had thought about using as a reception venue.
