You know I almost condemned this place from getting my business base on the sorry reviews that are posted below. Ive bowled for many years off and on and the bad review are all incorrect. I was really impressed with the overall look and conditions of the lanes. Yes I went in the evening about 6 and the lanes were being oiled and the approaches were being buffed. The people were very helpful and yes I had a BOGO coupon and yes they got it right the first time. Overall my experience was a good one Im considering join a league there. So, this dry lane stuff is a "LIE" you would know this if your were a real bowler. I havent met the young lady behind the counter with the tattoos that has a problem with customer service. I just have one question about that how many establishments youve frequented as of late that the person behind the counters that can count your change back without the use of the cash tenure button on the register and have good not great customer service practices? Plus, doesnt that begin at home? Duh the kids of today arent very smart and its not all their fault. Remember theyre our future its easy to dump on a business cause you wont accept your part in what our kids have become. Remember customer service is a job that nobody sees as a job they want to do but it is at least shes working are your kids working? Have you taken the time to teach your kids to be polite others as well as how to count back money HUUUUMMMMM and you wonder why. Last, if my associates had not decided that we just want to go somewhere closer than driving 30 miles to the Brunswick bowling alley we normally frequent I would never have visited this place and missed out on a diamond in the ruff because of your harsh and unfounded criticism posted here on this site. Lesson learn here dont believe everything you read on the internet. The commercial is correct "who said that (I READ IT ON THE INTERNET)" Funny how true that statement has turnout to be. Heres the bottom line this is a very good place to bowl and bring you family out for a night of fun I havent tried the food yet but I will tonight when "I GO BACK". Hope to see you soon...

My kids love to bowl, and we come often. But only because there isnt anywhere else to go nearby that is JUST a bowling alley. The staff here are not friendly. One kid had to be taken away in a stretcher after hurting himself (unsupervised child wasnt Oasis fault, of course) and there was no emotion or concern on the staffs face or in their demeanor. Every time I pay for games for my 2 kids, the girl behind the counter with the tatoo gets it wrong. I want 3 games for 2 kids, so that is 6 total games.... she does not understand that. And try to use a BOGO coupon from their website, and you might as well have asked her to calculate the distance to the moon!. What is so hard to do? "How many people in your party? How many games each? Ok that makes x games total, and you have a BOGO so you only have to pay for 1/2. Thank you for your Business!" But thats too hard........ Check your order TWICE before paying.... just to be sure she gets it right.

I dont know what is up with the people reviewing this place. I go here about 4 times a week and love it. Staff is VERY friendly and the pro shop guy is extremely knowledgeable. Someone below me was complaining about the lanes being dry... they oil the lanes every morning and before any league. When you go at nights, which most people do, of course the lanes will be dry. People have been bowling on them for 10 hours. Great lanes, great staff, great pro shop, and great snack bar. Will always have my business.

We had a cub scout event here. The staff was incredibly friendly and even gave the kids a tour. The guy giving the tour let the kids see how the pin machines worked. He patiently let each kid have a turn and explained how they worked. Great staff, great time bowling with more than enough ramps and kids sized bowling balls. This place was great. Thank you Oasis! Highly recommended.

Had my sons birthday party there today. The hostess sad late, the popcorn that was pre-ordered had not been popped, and the bathroom had a horrible sewer /mildew smell emanating into our lanes. For 265 bucks, we basically paid for bowling because the rest of the party package was disappointing to say the least.

the staff at this bowling alley is very disrespectful and dont care about people who have been bowling there for 2 years. They dont go out of there way to help people. The customer service staff(Racheal) is very disrespectful and not accomidatiing to customers.

Went here with a group of friends later in the evening and we had a blast, The staff was great, but the food isnt that great. It tastes like it was all previously frozen heated in the microwave.

Friendly staff, open areas, plenty of lanes and arcade games, one of the few places with changing tables in the mens room! If I could rate higher I would!
