FREE WATER!! This is the only venue in Atlanta to have free water (to my knowledge). Its such a small thing but it makes a huge difference. Im more inclined to drink more and have a better time if I have access to water. But seriously, this venue is awesome. Tons of parking ($5), free water, great drinks at good prices, and a fast casual restaurant open during shows. The place is small/medium sized and its layed out perfectly. I was there for a sold out show and never felt too cramped. Yeah there were a lot of people but I could still walk to get a drink without stepping on people. The employees all seemed to care about us and were very friendly. They have a roof that you walk up to and get some fresh air/smoke/whatever. Fantastic venue, hope they stay around for a long time.

Cool venue, but they need some technology upgrades! Tried to buy tix online, but the website would not allow you to select QTY. (Tried both Android and iPad). Call the box office and the recording is from last weeks show. Select the "Box Office" prompt, and theres no answer. Tried three times Friday afternoon. (Hours posted on the web are Tu-Fr, 11-5). Long story short, when we show up to buy tix the night of the show, only to be informed that theyre now sold out. Ugh. I was trying to do all of this from out of the country. Very frustrating! Found tix on StubHub for twice as much and enjoyed watching the Old 97s rock the house! But please fix your tech issues!!

Ive been a huge music fan and avid show-goer in Atlanta for more than a decade and this is the best venue in Atlanta by far. Great drink selection, great sound, great facilities, and the musical selections are always amazing, whether you have heard of them or not. The one venue in Atlanta that I will go to when a friend asks even if I dont know the artist because Ive been enough times to know that no matter who it is, they will be great. Ive even shown up late and gotten in for less than face-value just because they headliner only had a few songs left and the door guy didnt want to charge me full price.

I went there to see Savoy and Crywolf and absolutely loved it! It was nice to see that their opening act is supportive of underrated artists such as RAW whos a local DJ in Atlanta. This was my first time seeing both artists live, as well as going to Terminal West. The venue conveniently located right next to a parking deck (only 5$), quick to get into, and very spacious. The whole atmosphere of the club was great and Id definitely recommend this place to anyone whos thinking about going to see a live show there!

I absolutely LOVE this venue!!! Great shows, great staff & great atmosphere all for a reasonable price! If youre ever looking for something different to do in Atlanta and you havent checked out Terminal West yet head over to their website and check out their calendar they have almost every kind of music going on at their venue from old folk to new djs! While your there check out the restaurant Stationside next door they dont disappoint!

Pretty interesting venue in design, but I passed it twice because there wasnt clear signage. It was clean and tidy in comparison to most places Ive been to in Atlanta. The parking deck was useful, the food area had soft tacos, and multiple bars had multiple flavors of Red Bull. These might not be the most important reasons for you to come to a show here, but its fantastic combination for a guy who drives 140 minutes to get here.

Ive been to a couple shows here and while its smaller than a lot of the other music venues in Atlanta, that contributes to a more intimate atmosphere, in my opinion. The drink prices are about average for a music venue and they have a restaurant on site too - though I havent tried it. One thing I like about terminal west is that they offer free water which is something youd expect most venues to offer but sadly they do not.

Fairly small but really cool- decorated well, great lighting, excellent bar & service. Loved the upstairs "smoking area" ...it overlooks the train tracks and its very nostalgic when trains pass. BEAUTIFUL at sunset. Theres also a balcony accessible from this area thats inside and overlooks the inside of the venue. Nice place to get an aerial view of the floor and stage, but limited space. Womens restroom was clean.

My friend ordered a round of shots, and another friend said he was paying for it. They charged both tabs the 40 dollars. When the friend who ordered it brought it up to the bartender, the bartender shook his head and walked away, ignoring us. (The male bartender with short hair and a backwards hat, not the bald one.) Definitely not interested in ordering drinks here again. I recommend pregaming beforehand.

I have been coming here for 4 years and every experience is fantastic. If you are an EDM lover, want a great crowd of people, great sound and light system, modern and upscale interior design, and a bar with plenty of options to choose from, this is the place. What more could you want for a concert hall. Oh yeah, parking for only $5, and there is plenty, hard to come by in Atlanta. A+ experience every time.

Not only is the sound system top-notch at T-West, the producers there bring in some of the best names in music as well as all types (everyone from Duke Dumont to Shakey Graves). I love that waiting for drinks is never a hassle with two full bars on either side of the stage (and they give fans free water!). Even sold out shows are never sardine-packed, and the space almost always brings in a cool crowd.

This is a decent music venue, but the staff are awful. The bartenders take forever to get you a drink and the security staff are mall cops with a power complex and will get physical. They block exits and make you go through one exit if you need to leave. So in a crowded event, you are made to walk through the entire crowd if yoiu need to leave early. If the staff werent so abysmal, I would come back.

Best place for intimate live music and meeting new friends in Atlanta. Killer lights setup and dual bars on either side of the stage make this eclectic venue a top choice for bands and promoters alike. Rooftop balcony overlooking west midtown and top balcony overlooking the stage makes for a fantastic view!! Train crossing is a superb plus to add to the ambiance.

Eh. Went to this venue for a David Bowie cover band tribute thing. The best part is there is secured fenced parking next door. The venue itself was nothing special. Dont go expecting to be seated. The side restaurant is open if the venue is as well. The bar staff is a little snooty as well. Id give this place another chance but I dont have very high expectations.

This place is hands down my favorite music venue in Atlanta. The vibes are always great, as well as the music. Theres never any lines for the bathrooms, because there are more than one of each mens and womens restroom. Upstairs has a cool patio/smoking area, nice place if you need a break from the crowd. Love how you can get food if you have the munchies.
