To see my Moms laughter, giddiness, and excitement during this trip, was a truly fulfilling moment in my life!! WILD WILLYS AIRBOAT Tour with Capt. Dan delivered 100 TIMES MORE than our 30minute, 20-passenger Airboat ride in the EVERGLADES (for our parents 50th Anniversary). -There was More Time than most airboat rides: (A FULL 60 MIN. of riding through the swamp, in open waters, OVER grassy wet lands). We asked if there was any place this boat couldnt go? -It was more authentic, smaller size airboat (we could squeeze into areas to see gators, their habitat and even their nests! A large airboat could never go to the places we went!) -There was a nice mix (up close and personal with the gators, calm peaceful riding, zig zags, and LOTS OF SPEED AND ADVENTURE!!) Thats what we asked for and Capt. Dan DELIVERED!! -What a personal touch, very SAFE, CREATIVE, and FUNNY. He picked flowers for us and then walked out in the water to take an authentic picture of us with the airboat--NO EXTRA CHARGE. He even let my Mom sit in his captains chair at the dock and took our picture (HER DREAM PICTURE) -More Education (seeing gators, learning their patterns, learning about the history of the area) -Classy & Clean (soft cushioned seats with matching towels to protect us from the hot seats) This was more than our family hoped for!!!! We are bringing our relatives from Scotland when they visit in November. They will REALLY love this TRUE FLORIDA experience!!!

Espetacular! Levei toda a família. Recomendo!

We had a fantastic time! I feel bad but Im not sure what the female employees name is, but she was SUPER helpful and friendly, as were all of the staff. The store was clean and had a lot of cool merchandise (fun, unique tourist-y type stuff perfect for picking up little gifts for relatives), and had a nice assortment of snacks and cold refreshments. Very clean, private restroom. The boat tour was a LOT of fun, our guide was Captain Jim and he was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the tour, from the wildlife that we were seeing, to the local habitat, to the questions asked about the boat, etc. I have never been on an airboat before, so I have nothing to directly compare my experience to, but I have been on small tours of a similar nature and have certainly dealt with many businesses before and the experience here was great! Thank you Wild Willys for a wonderful time!

Our Ohio family had a great time at Wild Willys with Captain Bobby. We went out on a mild morning with only one other family, really honing in on that personal experience. Bobby was incredibly knowledgable about the area and seemed to know the best spots and tricks to see the wildlife. We saw about 8 gators, a bald eagle, and countless other unique critters/fauna on our excursion. Bobby was friendly and kindly answered any questions or responded to any comments. If you had a preference on where to go or what to hear about, Bobby addressed it. This place is a great value compared to other Airboat operators in the Orlando area, about 50 bucks a person for an HOUR, and free gator holding/photo taking at the end, something that is NOT free at other places. I would definitely recommend Wild Willys, our family had a great time there!

Wild Willys exceeded expectations. Our airboat captain, Captain Eddie, frequently took breaks from his exhilarating airboat piloting (complete with 360 spin maneuvers!!) to point out cranes, bald eagles, a roseate spoonbill that Eddie believed had escaped from Busch Gardens, along with many other water birds and of course alligators. At the end of the tour we "played" with a baby alligator named cricket who was friendly and smiled while we took pictures with him. The tour was fun and informative and Captain Eddies dry wit and knowledge kept us all entertained. Remember when you visit to bring your windbreaker and come hungry for the tasty gator bites served at the takeout shop. 10/10 would to return to Wild Willys Airboat Tours.

Our ride was with Capt. Tyler, who was very knowledgeable and an absolute stitch! He had the group laughing the entire time. We decided to stop by on our last day of our honeymoon, before we headed back home, and we were not disappointed. We saw a bunch of alligators and other wildlife and had an hour on the water, which was not crowded. It was well worth the price! We loved the small touring group size and the personal attention we received. Great place. I would recommend this place to anyone! My advice is to avoid taking the turnpike, if you can help it. If youre traveling from around Kissimmee or Orlando area, GPS will try to take you through SunPass only toll roads, which can turn into a huge detour if you dont have SunPass.

Had a great time with Captain Bud as our tour guide. Didnt see loads of alligators, 5 or 6 smallish ones (about 3 ft long) and one quite a lot larger (about 5 or 6 ft) but its not just about the alligators. We had a great tour of the lake, were lucky enough to see 2 bald eagles sitting in a tree, and saw a water moccasin snake as well as the (quite rare believe) snail kite which feeds on the apple snails that are in the lake. This is a small family run company, which uses small airboats - much better for a more personal experience - and the tour was an hour. Thought this would be too long but I was totally wrong - didnt want the tour to end! Felt like I was on SCI Miami as we raced along the waterways :D

CRUEL!!! It was enjoyable until the guide began discussing his hunting of the alligators, which appalled me. They really should take note of what they discuss Infront of their customers because from that point on I wanted to leave the boat. Theres nothing worse than hunting!! Also, at the end they offered for us to hold the alligator. At this point, we just walked away. It is cruel and torturous to keep an animal in captivity. I wanted my money back because I didnt want to fund something that does these kinds of things otherwise I would have gone to a zoo!!! I didnt go in to see the alligator because it would have brought me to tears as no doubt its mouth would have been taped up!!!

We had one free day when visiting WDW so we decided to try Wild Willys. I am so glad we did!! Capt. Eddie was amazing! The hour went by so fast but we saw so much. Eddie would stop and show us everything and was full of information. And if the kids couldnt see what he was pointing to, he would give them his binoculars and wait until they saw it. He was very patient! I would definitely recommend this for anyone of any age! It was well worth the time it took to get there and the money (which was more affordable than any of the other places we looked in to). And holding the baby alligator was the highlight of the trip! Thank you for the fun memories!!
