If you wish to truly understand the word "quiet" come walk this trail. It is among the last completely undeveloped lakes in Central Florida. We come several times a year just to get away from all the hustle of civilized life. Take a few minutes and walk in the quiet. You will be glad you did.

The trail can be long if you take the yellow loop. Its rough cut compared to the other two trails, but still very enjoyable. Not alot of shade though. Water is a must bring. Parts can also get kinda wet and muddy, just as a heads up.

I took the yellow trail and it was peaceful and secluded. I didnt see anyone else! There were benches on the way to sit and relax. Didnt see any wildlife but overall a well maintained park with beautiful open spaces.
