Ill admit I was petrified at first (I cant swim) but I had to go. It was my husband 50th birthday celebration. First time on a dinner boat. Great southern hospitality. Servers were amazing. Crew was great. Entertainment was so fun. Cruising down the St. Johns river at night was amazing. Dinner was ok but thats my fault. All the food choices were great and I picked the parmesan chicken with pasta and veggie but I should of went with my first choice of the salad. After Dinner dance party was great....didnt even realize I was out in the middle of the river. Table A5 we gets down to the electric slide! It was so fun. Ill be back on my next vacation. Price was right for a party of 7 celebration!

We went on the three hour lunch river cruise today. Just a fabulous experience. The staff was extremely professional, organized, friendly, and suburb service from the initial loading of the ship, through the entire experience. The food was fabulous. We had Prime Rib with Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans. My Sister had Salmon with Rice and Green Beans, Desert, Coffee and Tea. Excellent home cooked meal. After Boarding we had some salads and Sticky Buns. Just great. A great cruise on the river, with the Captain giving us some history of the river. Saw a couple alligators, Ospry, and other wildlife. Highly, Highly Recommend.

Do not book!! We booked online and received an email confirmation. Showed up the day of the trip and no one was around/in sight. We were advised by a local boatsman who saw us outside their locked office that the company has been out of business. Some customers had even paid in advance and not received refunds. Their phone number is out of order. Their website is still up and running and sends out automatic confirmation emails if you book online. We even received a follow up email the day after we were supposed to go out asking us to give feedback on our trip and how we enjoyed the food...ridiculous!

My wife and I experienced St.Johns River FIRST Breakfast cruise. They started a new service on the cruise which serves ALL YOU CAN EAT Pankcakes, Sausages and a glass of orange juice. Water, tea and coffee is complimentary and UNLIMITED. The host who provided the narrative was entertaining. The staff were friendly and professional! I paid $50 for my wife and I, for unlimited breakfast and a 2 hour cruise along the St.John river! ITS A BARGAIN!! Lastly, buy a STICKY BUN for $2/ea. They are delish!!

This was a unique and memorable find! If you get tired of the amusement parks in Orlando and need a break, the St. Johns Rivwrship cruise was a surprising delight. The food was homemade, the entertainment was good and the cruise was fantastic! My family enjoyed this more than the amusement parks. It was the highlight of our vacation week and a great value for the money. No one left hungry. Another great family owned business.

They sent our organization a letter saying they are going out of business and are holding a deposit for an event, but in other public forums are hinting that things will be back after the first of year. If we cancel our deposit is legally forfeited, but we can not count on them being there so we have to look for something else. You cant get anyone on the phone or get response for email. Id stay away.

I booked on Groupon so I paid in advance 8/9/2011. They called me several times to reschedule stating the ship was being worked on. Now every time I call, I get the mailbox is full. I need to either get my money back or to have someone tell me what is going on with the ship. I would like to go on the ship and get what I paid for, but this is not good customer service. ** :( **

I highly recommend this rivership cruise! The food was delicious, staff was friendly and welcoming and the entertainment was top notch. I forgot there was live entertainment at times. They sounded just like the original songs. WOW!!! We were 3 generations there to celebrate my mothers 65th anniversary and EVERYONE had a great time! Book this cruise today!

Very relaxed cruise. Captain John Steinberg was humorously and historically informative about the river and its story. The food was great. The crew was attentive to our needs constantly. Made me feel like the cruise was just for me. Mark this on my bucket list as a do over.

The boat ride was excellent. The live musicians were good and took requests. The crew made lots of jokes and the crew director pointed out sights on the river. The food they served was great and the waitress was very friendly.

What the heck? I thought this would be a fun thing to do with my husband on a Saturday until I saw the reviews here. If the company has gone out of business then why is it you can still book and pay online?

Took my wife on ship for her birthday last February. She loved the cruise, the food, the service was out of this world. Music, was great. We had a fabulous time, recommend the experience.

What a fun time! The ship captain/MC is funny. Food was delicious and plenty of it. It you havent heard of the sticky buns they ARE amazing. Dinner rolls outstanding also.
