That Guy With The Shirt
Terrible First Experience. My family and I came back from New York on a Wednesday to view the show but we were left with the back seats; so the guy at the ticket booth recommended us to wait till Friday to get 4th row seats in the "vip" area with ponchos so that we would get "soaked" in paint. Sadly enough, 2 hours had gone by and not a single drop of liquid whatsoever hit us. The show is tremendously overrated --I mean, they tried to have a little bit of cooperation from the audience so they spent 20 minutes finding a lady to come up to the stage. As the lady walked to the stage, (you would expect them to put her in a magic box to cut her in two and then put her back together) they used her as a skit to go on a date with her (Super weird and low-class). We wasted 2 DAYS in ORLANDO for nothing. Please do not insist on going here unless you have a reason to jump in front of a freight train

Had front row center and was very excited to "need the poncho" that was waiting at our seats when the only thing that we actually got on us was some banana baby food from an audience participation act which was slightly long and drawn out. Considering the person they picked for this was so worried about being near them she didnt even make it fun to watch. I wouldve actually preferred to not spend that much money on the front row and gotten tickets in the middle , they made it more fun and more interactive for the back half of the audience. I took my son for his birthday and I asked around if theres anything that could be said about it they said not really and gave me a button to write his name on .... most of the acts were cool but theres definitely not as much paint as they make it seem to be.

It was Ok. Entertaining... Yeah sure...it was like watching blue minions silently running around stage causing mischief. Little kids will get a kick out of it. Worth the price, NO WAY! I would only recommend to see it with some sort of discount and dont commit the mistake I did by buying the meal and ticket combo, NOT WORTH IT!!! First, they only gave me a meal ticket for the adults (kids not included? Or they kept two tickets, DK) , then you limit yourself to 4 restaurants and ONLY about 4-6 items to choose from! I would have rather taken the extra $140 I paid to choose whatever I wanted to eat. If you go, stay in the concession area after the show as the blue men will take individual pics with anyone who wants one. I noticed that they stayed until everyone who wanted a pic got one.

My husband and I had the BMG on our list of things to watch and we both could not wait to have some free time to watch it. Finally yersterday we decided to spontaneously purchase tickets and attend the Boston show. To our surprise we left there extremely disappointed. For a $135 show (luckily with a discount) we quickly learned it was not worth the price. We found ourselves bored and in awe at how weird and kind of stupid the show turned out to be. We found ourselves anxiously waiting for a "wow" moment the highlight of the show and it just never happened. It would be a great kids show for $10 max. I love theater and all types of shows and truly breaks my heart to have to give this show this type of review. I would not recommend it and will not watch it again. :-(

So disappointing! I have wanted to see the BMG for years, ever since I first heard of them and watched a video on internet and loved them- THIS ACT WAS NOTHING LIKE THAT! My sister went with me who had seen them when they first opened... she was also very disappointed and bored this time :(((... Was very little music and less variety. They walked around and stared at the audience for way too long (boring after 5 minutes), then did an act with little lady from audience for way too long- seemed like 20 minutes (I almost fell asleep).. the overall act was such a disappointment. Some of the material was not appropriate for children. Im glad I had a Groupon and paid half price- which was still way too much to pay (plus $25 parking)... what a rip.

This was the most dull, boring and childish show Ive ever attended. To add insult to injury, the price for this show is not cheap, so one would expect a whole lot more. I can say my wife and I didnt laugh once throughout the entire show. And, youd better like load drums, because thats the only thing they did consistently and constantly. There wasnt any point to the entire show. I like slap-stick humor (like the Three Stooges), but this didnt even come close. My wife wanted to leave half way through the show, but I made her stay just to get my "moneys worth". As it turns out, I would have felt better if I had left early. Save your money and find another show, any show, and it will undoubtedly be better then this show.

We went to watch Blue Man Group as a family. After we were seated a group came in very intoxicated. They continued to make annoying outbursts throughout the show and were generally rude and made it impossible for those around them to enjoy the show. We complained several times. I was told the show is "interactive". The drunk people behind us continued to make outbursts, one shouting "Get er done" every 5 minutes, pausing while a manager watches then continuing, nothing was done or ever said to anyone. We had to leave about 45 minutes into the show. If you are lucky enough not have any issues pay $600 for tickets, but it seems it is a gamble on where you might be seated in relation to someone bent on ruining your night.

This was our first time seeing Blue Man Group. We purchased tickets in the 2nd row, poncho seating. Ponchos were given so that in the likelihood you get wet, you will need a poncho to keep you dry. Well, the 3 Blue Men were so far back on stage, that not "any" audience members, in the poncho section or anywhere for that matter, had a drop of paint or mess on them. It seemed like a gimmick for more exciting ticket sales. The show was cool and fun, but to me seemed a bit cheesy and out dated. There just seemed to be the potential for such an awesome show and it was just mediocre in my opinion. I wouldnt recommend it to any of my friends. Sorry, but that is my honest opinion.

O melhor show noturno de Orlando, com muita comédia, surpresa e uma mistura de música eletrônica e rock do bom, o show do Blue Men Group vale cada centavo. O lugar onde é apresentado o show é confortável e todos oferecem uma boa visão do palco. As lembrancinhas são baratas e valem a pena pra lembrar a experiência fantástica.

We had seen the Blue Man Group performance in Chicago in 2011 and it was very good. The Show in Orlando is a clone of the Chicago show and was also very good. The Blue Man Group put on a great performance. Invigorating and uplifting. A really good show to make part of your visit to Universal Studios. The only thing that I noticed as a negative, if I need to go there, is that the facilities are run down. somewhat dirty and looking very worn after years of wear with no renovation. The grounds and landscaping are well kept. I am sure that a face lift for Universal is in the works for the future. Or at least I hope so. I hate to see a really great place, get run down. JMC
