After forming a Meetup based movie and dinner group, weve had between 12 and 30 people attending every Tuesday for over five years. We would dine at a local restaurant in or near the Pavilion then go to the movie theater. On one occasion, we tried the new Cobb theater up in Daytona. The manager noticed our large group of about 20, came over and welcomed us. He asked who organized the group and, to my surprise, offered the two of us complimentary tickets whenever we brought the group. Since the Pavilion is our "home" territory, weve always gone there. Personally, I like it because, in addition to living only two miles distant, I charge my electric car nearby and enjoy the nice variety of great restaurants within walking distance. Wondering if the same courtesy would be extended to us, I asked the manager if it was possible that we could have two complimentary ticket when we came in with the group. He said that it wasnt his decision and Id have to contact the corporate office which I did. They told me that it was up to the management at the location. I returned and spoke with the manager again, saying that corporate said okay but it was up to him. He replied that he would not do it. When I reminded him that weve been coming there for many years and brought thousands of dollars into the theater, he acted as if he didnt care at all and, again gave me a curt and rather snarky, NO. Looking through the other reviews and seeing one in which a manager was berating an employee in front of customers, Ive come to the conclusion that this theater is poorly administrated. Its not the staff, mind you, they have always been great. The management, however, should consider training in people skills.

This theater is the best theater between Daytona, DeLand and New Smyrna Beach. Its clean, roomy, nearby and always has a great choice of movies. Regal bpught out the theater a couple months ago and added a rewards card, but they did raise ticket prices and restrict things like $5 Tuesday, Student discounts and matinee times. Thankfully they left concession prices alone, if you consider that a bonus. Theres plenty of parking and nearby shopping and a wonderful selection of restaurants to choose from, and in addition the area just looks wonderful. Just watch out for the roundabout near the Summer Trees Road entrance.

This theater is very eye pleasing, but not so pleasing to the wallet. Maybe Im getting old but the prices for tickets, popcorn and drinks were INSANE! My first job was at a theater and I hated people complaining to me about prices. Now I understand, as $5+ for a small popcorn is highway robbery. Nice theater. Friendly staff. Crazy prices. Will probably stick to Netflix as it was $50 for my family of four with a free kid to view a mediocre kids movie.

Nice, helpful staff. I had an issue juggling my purse, a walking cane, bank card and ticket. An guy approached and asked if he could help me sort it out. Using a cane and having one free hand i asked if he would hold my purse so I could retrieve my wallet to store my bank card, he happily obliged, asked for my ticket and directed me to the proper theatre.

I like the electronic options to buy tickets beforehand. That way you can avoid the long lines. They kept the theaters clean. As with most theaters the concessions were excessively expensive. Ticket prices were in line with other theaters in the area. They do not have IMAX, they have RPX, which is their version of IMAX.

You really need to pay attention to the management there. Talking to an employee in a nasty manner in front of customers is not a professional way of handling things. When you have a problem with an employee, you talk to that employee in private, not in front of everyone and embarrass the employee like that.

Love going to the movies, but having a family of 5 and kids who like popcorn... Its easily over $100 a visit. Concessions are ridiculously over priced. Would rather wait for the movie come out on blu ray and invest in Disney passes pay $100 a month a visit as many times as we like.

Just enjoyed the Wonder Woman movie. Pretty good Superhero flick. Strange to find no tease for Justice League following the credits though. Gal Gadot was perfect in the role, and I will be looking forward to her next chapter in the WW role. Definitely go see this flick.

Bought tickets on line for the broadcast of the Wall concert, overpriced food and they cancelled the show due to their own system failure. Refused to refund my money, had to DEMAND my refund from the little Cuban or Iranian manager, will never go back!

I wanna know where all of you clowns go to movies. Must be some alt reality where concessions only cost a few bucks. Hilarious, do you morons complain at sporting events too where beer is $7 and a bottle of water is $3.50?

While the theater is physically pleasant, the cost of food and drink is completely and utterly OUTRAGEOUS. It almost makes me not want to go there because of the nerve Regal has to charge so much, even for a bottle of WATER.

Excellent facility, great staff (always friendly and cordial), clean, spacious lobby. Prices are no more than what you expect, the seats are super comfortable and its always temperate in the auditoriums.

This theater is insanely expensive. That being said it is very modern, comfortable and clean. I go here when I dont feel like fighting traffic or parking in the parking garage at the theater by the beach.

Nice theatre. Very expensive but most movie theaters are. Staff is only so-so. Spilled slushy crying kid and they didnt offer a refill. If you have little kids this theatre does not have kid boostes.

Incredibly friendly staff, very clean theater and with equally as clean (and comfortable seating). As with all theaters the food is marked up but its worth it for the cleanliness and friendly service.

My husband left his baseball cap in one of the theatres. We called the very next day and no one had turned it in. What does that mean?? One of the employees decided to keep it?? Not cool...

You would think that at $10 a ticket, you could hire enough people so customers would not have to wait 10 minutes in line to get a ticket and then another 10 minutes to get refreshments

Staff not the friendliest. Very cheap...i guess you get what you pay for... Except the concessions are crazy expensive. Bring your own snacks or pay almost 6 dollars for a small drink
