beware of this place. They treat innocent customers and women like thieves and make them prove they bought a ticket ruin their experience and harass and stalk them. Epic theaters staff stalk and harass women trying to watch a movie. I have been to many theaters in my life. None with the abusive despicable nature of the crazy people that work at epic. Ive been to epic before and usually the service is good. I went to buy a ticket at this place. The ticket didnt print out right. Apparently some number was missing on the ticket. It could have been handled with tact and professionalism but not the way these jerks handled it. First the tall black male ticket taker made a huge issue as if I was stealing tickets. No he literally acted as if I had a fake ticket. These awful twisted idiots here treat customers like thieves in the most horrible way and force them to prove they paid for a ticket they just bought minutes before. Its funny I make over six figures and go to some raunchy theater where theyre treating me as if Im stealing movie tickets bc of their faulty system. The movie I wanted to see it wouldnt let me get it so I got a different movie end of night. It was the same price. I was walking around looking for the other theater when the black guy was following me around acting as if I was trying to sneak into theaters. I told him I wanted to see a different movie and he kept yelling at me saying I cant go to another movie. He had already called a female bc of this extremely "suspicious" situation. Then a female comes and I tell her I want to see another movie and she says she needs my credit card to look up the transaction. Again treating paying customers in this way. Its already 20 mins into the movie and I ask them if I can just go. Then she calls the manager who still takes my credit card and looks up the transaction. Rather than apologizing for the mistake of the kiosk, these jerks go around treating customers so badly. I tell him off and how bad it is to treat customers this way. Then the jerk refunds my money (as if that was some kind of compensation for the crap I went through). Sorry not good enough. Ten bucks to get abused and harassed by the crazy staff there?? As I went to give the worthless ticket taker my ticket it was still the old movie I got. Again this sociopath tells me yelling I cant go to the other movie I wanted to see. I yell at him and tell him to leave me alone. The reason the manager took my card was to quote switch the movies. Not the case- he took my card just to make sure I bought the ticket. These people are horrible and some form of psychopath. Because my ticket was missing some numbers these lunatics went to extremes to treat me as if I had a fake ticket. And even after all the nonsense and abuse I went through I still got harassed by the psycho black male who is so rude. I missed all of the movie and couldnt even sit through it I was so upset. If youre a woman trying to watch a movie beware. This place is the worst. Its not always this bad but what I went through was some kind of bullying and abuse by the rude crazed staff members there.

The theater itself is great. Assigned seating is my preferred method so I do not have to waste time arriving early to get a good seat. The concessions are surprisingly reasonable and have very quick service. The ticketing is a major problem though. Assigned seating means you have to go through several steps to buy a ticket and their website is very slow and unintuitive. There is a time limit and sometimes pages take so long to load and select options that the time runs out despite going as fast as the site will allow. You cant use gift cards online, making them useless since you need to book in advance to get good seats. They have no mobile app and you cannot buy their tickets through any service. Picking up tickets requires either entering a long code or scanning a barcode they send you in PDF in an email with a scanner that usually takes a minute or more to recognize the code. Once it recognizes the code, it prints paper tickets which then have to be checked again at the entrance to the theaters. Im paying enough that I should be able to do use the fandango method of scanning my phone as I head into the theater, no further steps. If this theater was not so close to my house, I would not go to it purely because the ticketing is so bad. I may still go to a further theater of similar quality for big openings because the wait for the ridiculous ticket machine is still long enough to miss the start of the movie.

Epic lee vista is horrible! I was a regular customer there and so far it had been ok. I went inside bought a ticket, and my ticket misprinted. There was a tall black male taking the tickets and he began treating me as if I was a scam artist of some sort. He let me go in but then I was trying to go to a diff movie b/c the one I wanted they didnt let me buy, and there was no cashier. He then began following me and harassing me yelling at me. Then he called a female. She called a manager and they made up some huge story on how they have to verify things to get my movie switched. She was a nasty chunky ugly white female who is rude cold and weird. the rude manager made me give him my CC to switch movies but he didnt do that- he wanted to verify my purchase. These people are crazy- they treat paying customers like thieves b/c THEIR ticket misprinted. I was so upset i couldnt even watch the movie and havent been back since. The staff and management there is the worst...and the rude tall black male harassed me again when I went to go to the movie. Some of the staff here is the worst you can imagine- cold people with no souls weirdos. There are many children or immature teens working here and they are awful people. Ive been to movie theaters around the world and none have staff like the bad ones here they are like evil or something.

Ive been to Epic 3 times in the last 2 months. Yes - The seating is great. Other than that, not very good. For example, I went yesterday to an afternoon showing. 1) no one was present at the ticket purchase area. Someone finally directed me to the food cashier for tickets. 2) I wanted to purchase popcorn, but was directed to a display cabinet to get an already prepared bag. Girl behind the counter just watched. 3) when paying, the girl refused my frequent buyer card because it only accumulates points up to 12 per day. My $14 ticket put me over the limit! 4) got to my seat and realized there was no butter on my popcorn! 5) went back and girl told me to get it myself. I asked how to get it in bottom half of bag. She reluctantly took my bag and dumped half, put butter on it, and then replaced the upper half. I still had to put butter on the top half on my own. Popcorn was stale. Some people are not meant to work with the public. EPIC seems to have hired many of them.
