I went to StrikeOut last night with my husband and two friends because there was a Groupon deal. We paid $20 bucks for 5 people to bowl for an hour, and it included shoes. We enjoyed ourselves. We didnt have any issues with the Groupon. The bowling alley was pretty busy, or what I would consider fairly busy. We waited an hour for a lane, which I think is pretty standard. Particularly since the alley only had 12 lanes. We walked around the mall and then played the arcade games until a lane became available. Some of the games didnt work, but the majority did. The alley had a small bar with decent drink prices. There was about 4 or 5 people working the whole alley (from what I could tell), two in the bar and two at the front desk. The staff were very friendly. The thing I found most unique about the alley was that it wasnt a traditional bowling alley. The bowling pins were not completely free-standing. In a traditional alley, the pins get completely knocked down and then reassembled with a machine. This alleys pins were on strings. So when youd strike the pins they would completely fall over and then "snap back" with the strings. So that was different. The system was not perfect and sometimes the pins wouldnt snapback correctly. In regards to the A/C that another reviewer mentioned. It was warm in the alley. The alley is not closed off to the rest of the mall so therefore any cold air that was getting pumped into the alley was going out to the main area of the mall. Theres also a little diner that in the area so its entirely possible that that also made warmer. All-in-all, we all agreed it was a good experience. For the amount of money we spent with the groupon, Id say it was worth it :)

I came at night with some friends the food was cold like it was in the cooler or something we order nachos and quesadillas.. It was real nasty.. I really didnt care so much because they didnt even charge us. 2nd time I come I bring 4 kids with me an a coupon and honestly one of this young girl small skiny she looks spanish.. Omg she was looking at me like wrong she talk to me and its not what she said is just the way she came a cross.. She looks like they bring her from the getto. I return the shoe one of the guys sitting on the counter I place the shoes there and he dont even stand up and said hi or are you returning? Then he ask if there is a problem? Or negative feed back? That he is use to thay here!!! Lol omg.. I have been manager for over 15 years and I have never seen kids more dissapointed than the ones that work here. I think this is a great location ofcource!!!! But the staff is killing the bussines!

I read the reviews and thought it might be better in person. NO! Its everything that was said bad about it! It was hot, stinky, 1 worker (working the pins held on by strings, working at the register and working at the prize counter) We were put on lane 8 and waited and waited about 10 mins for it to be ready for the guy then say "oh that one is broke. You guys are on 6", ok great, tried to play and the game broke a couple times and then it just shut off completely, while my son was rolling the ball, the door to the pins just came down and the lights shut off! What!?!? I couldnt do anything but laugh and say Im done, I cant do this anymore. 1hr from Groupon and we spent half an hr dealing with that! Never again! On a Friday! Why so short staffed? I can only figure its because there is no AC!

I purchased the Groupon ($20 for up to 5 people for an hour, including shoes) and it was worth every penny. We arrived around 7 oclock on a Sunday evening and it wasnt as crowded as I expected it to be. The staff was very nice and helpful. I didnt order food bcuz the line was wayyyyyy too long- it was only 1 person working there. The arcade seemed to be up to par as well as the bar. Nice, working pool table (for only $1 per game), but they could use better sticks. The only negative is the AC wasnt working properly. It was hot in that place!! Overall, for the price that I paid, Id recommend this place. I would even probably go back without a Groupon. Great family friendly place!!

If it wasnt for the Groupon that we got, I would have walked out. To start off, there were not enough shoes in average sizes but I tried to make due withshoestwo sizes too big. The bowling alley was filthy, cramped, and understaffed. There were only 5 or 6 of the 12 lanes being used and the staff had no time to clean up the trash that previous parties had left. The a/c was out but we tried to make the most of it. If you hope to bowl an honest game, dont use this alley. The pins are attached to strings for easy pickup but that makes it harder to score properly. Pins that should fall dont. I was very disappointed with this establishment. Not worth the discount!

This place is so run down they didnt bother to greet you, the lobby area was hot as balls, they let someone else cut in front of me, the cashier/manager/employee (because you cant even tell them apart) asks me if I wanted food and then asked the cook if he can cook. It took them 30 minutes to prep my food when it was not busy. And she had stank face the entire time while flirting with each other. I would understand cause the entire mall was a little dead but I got better service at the movie theater.

This was the worst bowling facility Ive ever taken my family to. Were on vacation visiting from Miami and wanted to entertain our boys. Its extremely hot. Theres no way you can bowl in the heat. The staff was wiping their faces from the sweat dripping off their faces. How in the hell can this place still be open? As for the food we ordered, we trashed it. Disgusting!!! I highly recommend you take your family somewhere else to bowl.

This place has the worst food service. I paid $25.00 for stale nachos & a basket of fries that had like 10 fries in it. Not exaggerating, I have pictures of it just wish I could upload it. When asked for more fries I was told I would have to pay more as though the 10 fries they served me was acceptable. They didnt even try to remedy the problem. Fun place to play but never go back after that experience!!!!

I guess if you want to pay 50$ for an hour of entertainment and not real bowling this place is for you. The lanes dont work pins will reappear after being knocked down. The pins will hang half way down. The responses is oh thats how it is. The strings get loose after being used all day.or this isnt real bowling its just entertainment. Well you guys dont mind charging real bowling prices.

Place was very dirty, ac did not work, they lied to us saying the whole top floor ac was out, which outside and next door had ac. Staff was not into their job at all, customer service was lacking.........only reason I went because of a Groupon deal I got for $14 up to 5 people including shoes. First and last visit....only thing was good, was the mild buffalo wings...
