My experience was very disturbing and very unprofessional. Its a Saturday night and business hours state this business establishment closes at 2:00 am. I arrive and I am at the counter to pay for my kids 10 minute session for lazer tag and initially denied service because they express very advocately they are closing at 2:00am. My response was " it is 1:15 am, you do not close until 2:00am, and Im being denied of my kids playing a ten minute session"? The staff employee response was " Yes because were getting ready to close". Mind you, I called ahead of time to make sure exactly I knew what time they closed even after looking on the Internet, but I called ahead to confirm closing time. I dont feel it was appropriate or acceptable I had to explain to staff that business hours are stated for a reason, I AM YOUR BUSINESS, CUSTOMERS ARE BUSINESS! If your not excepting BUSINESS at 1:15 then that is false advertisement to state and advert closing time is 2:00am. At, this time, there is a total of 5 employees In front of me at the register while Im educating employees on the law and business. If your business states you close at 2:00 am that does not mean deny business at 1:15 so you can be out at 2:00am as an employee. What those business hours stand for is to accommodate business like you were hired to do and you stop providing that service at 2:00am. I had to explain the law to all these employees and repeat myself numerous times, and to my kids it seemed like I was arguing just to get them to play an activity that I have to pay for them to enjoy and have fun. I should not have had to do that. I asked for the supervisor, a teenager/young 20s comes about stating he is the supervisor I explain the law again and express Im not happy about being denied service when it is not closing time. After that, I finally receive a yes and am able to pay for my kids session for the lazer tag which was only ten minutes. The highlight and great part of this disturbing experience was nick and Ryan that worked the Lazer tag, they were delightful, respecting and willing to work till 2:00am and agreed to make my kids their last session, mind you, they had no clue I had this confrontation up front at the service counter. My 14yr old came to the counter and said "yes they are taking one last session". I could do nothing but look at these employees denying me service due to the time and I have the receipt for payment proving the time if needed! I could do nothing but state, the workers over there said they are taking one last session but here upfront at the service counter they are denying my payment for service because its 1:15 and they close at 2:00 am. All in All my kids had fun and loved the game and I was out the door exactly at 1:58am and thats including my kids each playing a game in the arcade section. I thought to myself, unbelievable, who runs this business? Did I really have to feel like I was begging for my kids to play an activity I HAVE TO PAY FOR IN ORDER FOR THEM TO PLAY? I was explaining the law, and that took about ten minutes or so, I even told the supervisor as long as its taking for me to debate with this staff my kids could have been done by now! Do these employees not understand its my business I give and every other customer that walks through that door that pays for their services at this establishment, that it is actually paying for what they receive as a paycheck. Do they think companys just pay employees a paycheck because their time is clocked in? The answer is no! Employees get hired and paid to perform the duties and tasks they are assigned too and given a timed schedule. Future advice to companys, dont hire to pay less, hire to make more! Remember you have to spend money to make money! Just an FYI TO THE OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT Of HEADPINZ

I took my family of seven here and bowled 4hrs in VIP. The atmosphere was nice and clean, however when the lane next us was booked about 2 hrs into our bowling games our positive experience turned into a very negative one. The lane next to us was rented to what seemed to be younger kids who, later to find out were friends with management, and some staff. Our problem began when these fouled mouthed "kids" decided use our bowling balls to bowl. We asked them politely to please stop as many times we were trying to bowl and the ball to use was being used by them. When asked they became very abrasive with foul language, and told my wife to "shut up old lady". My daughter then spoke up and told them how inappropriate they were acting and alerted staff. They were then moved to another lane, however staff never came to us and apologized however went to them pointed over our way, and shook their hands as if we had done something wrong. The person working the bar in the VIP did finally come over with the bill, and told me he had nothing to do with the entire issue as if he thought I might not tip him, as he knew we were very disappointed. Toward the end of our 4hrs a young man finally came over to see if he could better hash out the situation. We spent well over $200 in food and games to be offered to finish our last 15min to play pool in the Pin Setters area. We were extremely disappointed with Head Pinz staff. Being in the business I am in customer referrals are important. I will say this experience was one that my family and I were very disappointed with how ones can be treated in a public family atmosphere and then totally disrespected by management and staff based on prejudice of friendships with other using this facility. EXTREMELY Disappointed!!

Worst place!!!! Customer service is not very good.. Anyways we payed for 2 hours for VIP which we were lied about from on the phone...so when they got there they had to refund our card and recharge it. Which then we decided to do 4 hours because it "looked like a decent place" We get to our bowling lane and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to fix it due to the balls being stuck at the end. After asking 3 different people to help finally someone who actually wanted his job helped us.We were 2 hours into our bowling and 3 younger kids come into the lane next to use and started using our balls and all we asked was if they could get there own and all they did was laugh at us....one of the kids had a professional ball and he knew the rules of bowling...so instead we had to wait for them to bowl so we could use our balls again. We asked one of the girls again and she had an extremely foul mouth around the kids who were also playing. When I went to the office and asked if they could moved we talked to Ciarra which said she was sorry and would move them. .As they were moving Ciarra was one of the ones laughing the whole time!!!!! You could tell that they all knew each other. Then the manager goes to them and shakes there hand and acts like it was a huge thing. We literally spent 200 on bowling and 200 on a bar tab with food not including tip! First time being here and all they could offer us was to play pool for the last 15 minutes of our time? All we thought we deserved was an actual apologize from the manager who was extremely rude and the staff who ignored the situation exspecially Ciarra. Way to make your "new customers" feel like crap. I will never recommend anyone to use the VIP or anything in this place!
