My daughter had an awesome experience when she was able to finally get in the water prior to that it was a nightmare setting up the actual encounter I set up online thinking it would be more convenient automatically it bump me to the very next day when I was trying to schedule for a Tuesday we took the trip from Fort Lauderdale out to key Largo and when arriving at the specific time I had requested I was told that my reservation was made for the next day at that time the secretary seem very confused and could not help me then she attempted to reschedule for another day and time I was not happy due to the fact that we had already driven an hour and 45 minutes just to be there that day and my daughter was being surprised this completely ruined any chance of surprise after several minutes of standing and waiting for something to happen the lady finally says she has an opening at another location and she can put us in there then asks for an encounter viewer fee of $40 for the for adults to watch my daughter in the water we paid for that because we expected to be at the other location she took the money and charge the card then told us oops I actually cant get you in there there was no sympathy or compassion this place seem to only care for the money I asked for a refund they continuously try to reschedule so ultimately I decided to reschedule when my daughter finally got into the water it was amazing I dont know if I would return to this location due to the unprofessionalism of the front office but the trainer that my daughter was with was amazing and she made us feel like family we Alphonse and Bob it was an unforgettable experience hopefully next time they can get their stuff together there was not even a discount offered or any type of an extra add-on for the mix-up they didnt even attempt to return my extra $10 because my father could not make it to watch my daughter he had to work on the reschedule day so I would say this company thinks a lot about just the money

I am horrified to see such callous ignorance pass as education. This is animal cruelty. The dolphins are ripped from their true lives and imprisoned. Dolphins are regularly given anxiety pills as they do not do well in captivity. Captivity shortens their lives. . Touch tanks and “swim-with” programs allow the public to pet, kiss, or even “ride” dolphins. Such programs invade the animals’ already diminished worlds and are intrusive, dangerous, and stressful for the animals as well as for human participants. Animals in “petting pools” can become injured and anxious as a result of constant poking and prodding, and exposure to bacteria that they are not immune to can make them ill. The dolphins also often express their frustration through aggression. Sea World has been cited by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for several instances in which members of the public were injured at the facility’s dolphin-petting pools. Of course, we would all love to get up close and personal with dolphins, but if you truly loved them, you would never subject them to such abuse

I had been wanting to swim with dolphins for years. I found this place online and decided to book it. My boyfriend and I bought the structured swim for $210 each. When we arrived they were very accommodating and super friendly. They spend the first 30 minutes teaching you about the animals which was very informative and fun. We then got our own trainer and 2 dolphins to swim within our own section, I was not expecting it to be such a private and one-on-one experience! The swim was amazing and it was a once in a lifetime experience. The pictures are very expensive $85 for the whole package which included about 100 photos and came on a dolphin flash drive (you can buy individuals for $12 but you probably would want them all). Overall awesome, also they are a research institute as well and focus on conservation and rehabilitation so your money goes to a good cause and not just a tourist attraction!!!

The one and only thing you REALLY have to do on the keys! My wife had an extraordinary experience here and also me as an observer was paid quite a large amount of attention, although not paying anything! You get to feel that the trainers love their job and especially the dolphins. You are allowed to take pictures anytime from the observers pier. Additionally a photographer takes pictures with a professional camera equipment. You dont need to book the photo package in advance! He or she will take professional pictures anyway at let you choose your favorite ones afterwards! I really highly recommend to do it! For me it was a plenty of fun to watch, and for my wife it was a (hopefully not!!) Once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Had te best time of my life there. I swam both the structured with Bob and Squirt, and the natural. I would recommend both. The staff went out of their way to help and answer questions. This was my dream and they made it wonderful. I have given them high praises to everyone I meet. We researched many places before choosing Dolphins Plus, and I am so glad they became our number one choice. I cant wait to go back again. They are all the best there. The dolphins are so well cared for and are such gentle, beautiful creatures. Thanks for everything. Donna T and family

Una gran y bella experiencia para nuestros hijos y nosotros como padres. Los recomendamos sin ninguna duda. Los Delfines se ven muy felices, muy bien cuidados y entrenados. Mas cerca de Miami que otros sitios de Orlando.

I was just at Dolphin Plus today and had an amazing experience! These dolphins do not take any antidepressants and are very happy and loved for by the trainers. This has been the highlight of my trip to Miami Beach! The photo package was a bit pricy at $85.00 but i received 170 amazing photos that really captured the experience!! It you have the $200 and the means to drive to Key Largo, please visit the dolphins, you will not regret it!

to require dolphins swimming with men is stupid, they are wild, do not belong to anyone but their families, they should be able to live freely in the oceans. A contact can only be positive when both parties are willing and asylum ... the relationship. There are lots of therapies with animals, such as hippotherapy, which are much more efficient because the animal is not a prisoner, Think to protect the wildlife !!! thank you !!...

I never saw my family light up as they each did while doing the Structured swim with Dingy and LB. It was the greatest and we plan on going back again and again. A great introduction to the timid little ones of the ocean life. Wow is all I can say and I smile everytime I think of our encounter. WTG Dolphin Plus... and Thank you , Thank you and again Thank you. Paige F. Munday and family
