MY SON HAD THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! We celebrated my son’s birthday on a Saturday during a 4:30 pm – 7pm session. I arrived about 15 min early to decorate with my own decorations. I was a tad disappointed when they wouldn’t let me in and took the decorations from me but when I went in everything was set up fine!! I chose the super package and when I arrived to my table it was at the front of the skating rink and each table had popcorn and cotton candy =D I met my hostess, whom I’m ashamed to say I forgot her name =<, but she was amazing! They even had pitchers of cold water for my party set up. Me and my 5year old son began to skate the moment we arrived I just had to make a quick trip to sign a legal form for myself that is required from anyone 16 and over, they put a wrist band on me once I was done. What surprised me the most was when I was skating and the hostess came to me running because I had a guest who was not on my list , oops my mistake =D! My guest arrived and they had no problem checking in also for any adult who chose to skate they only had to go into the store pay $10 for entrance and $2 for skates. THE FOOD WAS YUMM!! BEST CHILI CHEESE FRIES EVER! Also every child in my party had a glow stick and tokens to play. The ONLY issue I had was that one of the kids complained about the machines not working and taking their money blah!! stinks!! Any who when the food was ready the DJ called our party over the speaker, I told my hostess that the kids are way too excited to stop and eat to please just bring out the pizzas and I also ordered 4 extra pizzas for the party I also requested our free pitchers of soda to be brought out with the pizza =D everything went as planned! One thing that I loved was the green light red light game we all got to enjoy it could be nice if they had one other game …. Also parents I think it helped that I’m young at heart and easy going remember you’re there to enjoy yourselves and have fun with your children …hope my review helped I can’t wait for the next party!

We hosted our sons 8th birthday here. Everything was really good until they started so rudely tell you to leave. We were not trying to stay any longer then we had to, but since we were hosting the party we needed to pick up the birthday boys gifts and say bye to our guests. I did speak to someone that I believe was in charge and she just asked me what do I recommended on how to tell people to leave. I couldnt believe she was asking me what I recommended.. I told her "Im not the owner of the business" I did tell her that they should tell the hostess of each party to advise the customers half an hour before that closing time is at 4 and not rudely kick you out. I just really have an issue paying for a party where theyre going to treat my guests and my family like dogs when its time to leave... if you dont mind being treated bad at the end of your party that youre hosting there its a great place other than that. I do have to tell all of you that the best hostess is Lexi. She was wonderful and make sure that we were happy with everything except with the way that the check this out Im sure that was not her way.

Super Wheels need a major, major upgrade!! This skating rink is stuck in time. This place reeks, as soon as you walk in the door you can smell that old nasty carpet. The skating floor is horrible and needs to be redone. The floor was not properly fixed, when you skate around the edge you can feel the creases in the floor. The boys handing out the rentals were given out two left skates, like really pay attention!! The DJ, all that nonsense on the microphone is unnecessary. I thought this was a roller skating rink not a teen night club. Since when are children allowed to smoke vapors on the skating floor or inside the building period. Isnt this a family oriented business?? Just sad!! Not to mention charging $12 admission, with or without skates. Needs better management. I definitely will NOT recommend this place, nor skate at Super Wheels again.

Visited this place September 7, 2015. It has changed so much !!! I love the fact that they have new Ridel speed skates in stock to rent or to buy. Just to say that after about rolling around for about 1/2 an hour i was drenched. This was a motivational work out that i would never get in the GYM. The music was good, and the DJ was able to take my requests VIA text. He didnt play them all but i was happy to hear some great oldschool songs that i grew up to. Run DMC, Beastie boys, Connie, Stevie B and some good pop songs from today. Needless to say Im hooked i!!!! I will be back in December to celebrate my daughters birthday because she had a great time and this is something that we can most definitely share with each other. We look forward to our next visit at the Miami skating rink.

personally dont see why people hate this place so much. i dont go often, but my kids birthday parties are there yearly, and sometimes i do take them on the weekends, but not an everyday type of thing. Yes the skates my stink but what skating rinks skate dont stink? i really like that the djs always listen to my requests, they may take a little long when playing games, but my kids love winning the prizes that are given to them. i will continue taking my kids there, and hopefully grand kids. it is a great place for my 1 teen to spend time thats not a teen club that is a bad influence, she loves dancing and flirting and this place is a good humble place for her.

I really wanted to be taken back to my younger days when I would go to Hot Wheels but no. This place is really annoying. They only have the place open for 4hr slots so when the time is up they kick you out because they have to "clean". And they turn off the arcade machines around hour 3.5, so then whatever money you have left on card you have to come back and use another day. I wasnt happy. Everything is expensive and not great tasting. They only take cards if you spend more than $10. The skates were old and not the best. I was really hopeful but disappointed.

I just had my daughters 7th B-Day party yesterday afternoon. Despite some negative reviews Ive read, I decided to go ahead and do it here. It was AMAZING!!! The staff was very nice since the day I booked the party till the end of the party. The food was great, our hostess Ivette was fantastic. She kept us going all the way and I was really really pleased with her service. The skate ring was good, the kids really enjoyed it. I really enjoyed it. I will definetely recommend this place to anyone!!!!

my daughter who has autism went with the summer to a fieldtrip here and lost her jacket, i called and asked for them to hold it, when i called to see if i could pick it up alysha a disgusting person told me in a rude way that it was too bad that either someone from them took it or they gabe it to goodwill, i asked for the manager who just started yelling profanity, I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO GO HERE THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEIR ARE NOTHING
