This is a very cute wedding venue, but being as its new, they still have quite a few kinks to work out. First lets start with the positives: 1. Location, location, location- its a beautiful location on the beach, and the outside patio and deck are very nice for photos. 2. They did a really nice job remodeling the inside and its laid out well for small weddings with a nice bridal suite and grooms lounge. 3. The wedding planner was very sweet, helpful and diplomatic when dealing with challenging guests 4. The caterer was great! The food was delicious, and when the bride lost her job 2 weeks before the event, they were more than willing to be flexible with the menu to fit within her new budget... The negatives: 1. I dont know details on this, but I heard from several people including the bride that the venue has a lot of strange and inflexible restrictions, which makes it challenging to plan special things for the wedding. Talk to them before you get too creative, because they may not allow certain things. 2. Parking... They need to figure that out in a much more efficient manner. There is not nearly enough parking (maybe 10-15 spaces?) and they refuse to tell guests where to park once their limited spaces are full (due to liability apparently.) So guests have to drive up and down A1A and risk towing or ticketing and walk to the venue. The venue needs to be willing to pay for additional parking through some arrangement with another business to fix this, or offer valet/shuttle services for free or discount (due to their own limited space). 3. Some of the staff (especially the men) where not dressed professionally. If they are trying to solicit elegant weddings and events, they need to look the part and dress much more professionally. The "uniform" is a t-shirt. One man was gruff with people and looked like a sloppy, sweaty maintenance man.. and he was one the primary staff interacting with guests. 4. The room where dinner was held felt very cramped for 80 guests. It was challenging for people to get to their seats. This venue is better suited for smaller parties and weddings. They also tried to squeeze 10 seats at 60" round tables, which should not have held more than 8 seats. 5. The dance room only has one long couch and there is one round patio table on the deck outside the dancing room. Those were the only seats available to guests once they were ushered from dinner upstairs to the dancing area downstairs. There needs to be significantly more seating available for guests to sit at. 6. The staff were very, very behind on setting up. Probably 30 guests had already arrived for the cocktail hour before the wedding, and staff were still pulling out cocktail tables and setting up the food and bar on the patio. Not sure if this is a caterer issue or staff issue, but its really unacceptable.

Having visited this space when it was an office building prior to its inception, I truly wondered how it was ever going to become the dream that was in the owners minds. Like others, Id drive by it often, seeing the progress, the changes, and then, truly seeing the vision take shape. However, when I finally saw the inside, I wasnt prepared for the beauty that engulfed me. At each turn, Harbour House was more stunning. Every SINGLE detail has been carefully thought out and blended together like a masterpiece. The care that was taken to ensure everything is amazing was a feat in itself. Just walking around the building, I started to cry. It touched me so deeply, the love that was obviously poured into this space. Its evident everywhere you look. The beauty of the venue can only be matched by the staff at Harbour House. Every person I came into contact with was a complete professional at their job. They make sure that this day is absolutely perfect for the event taking place. Whether its a wedding, Quinceñera, birthday party, Baby Shower or anything else you can think up, it will be everything you expect it to be and so very much more! Thank you Shannon and Jessee Perez and staff for a perfect day ❤

We just had our wedding on Sunday and it was breathtaking! After planning a wedding for October of 2016 only to be completely scammed by a beach hotel in South Florida and losing some money, we are thankful to have found the Harbour House and could not be any happier with the end result. The venue itself is immaculate, well thought out, and very impressive for guests - and extremely accommodating on wedding day. My husband and his groomsmen and buddies used the beach access and outdoor area to have fun all day leading up to our ceremony while the girls and I had upstairs all to ourselves to hang out and get ready with a beautiful beach view. Shannon, Jesse, and Valerie were all genuinely concerned with every detail of our big day and did everything in their power to make it special! In the following week since our wedding we have received nothing but overwhelmingly positive feedback from our guests about the Harbour House. You definitely wont be disappointed if you choose to have your wedding here!

We got married here this July, and our experience was more than what we expected! The people working there felt like family, which made the experience even more memorable. They worked so hard to make our wedding exactly the way we wanted it. We were asked so often from our guests how we had found such a wonderful, clean, and beautiful place. They even had a Spanish/English bilingual officiant that made both of our families feel like they were a part of our ceremony and could understand it. In addition, everyone was impressed by their food recommendations as well. In addition, they were well prepared and had back-up plans if something didnt go as planned. From the bottom of my heart, I wouldnt have wanted my wedding anywhere else!!! If youre wanting a beach wedding, and a gorgeous reception area, then this really is the place for you!

I am so impressed with this wedding venue! I have been a wedding coordinator for over 30 years and oh how my past brides would have loved such an all-inclusive and beautiful choice!! Restaurants and golf clubs can usually offer a nice large room and a nice menu but the accommodations have been less than bridal party friendly. The choices here are unlimited for your wedding - inside, outside, overlooking the beautiful Atlantic ocean or directly on the beach! Ive realized over many years that my brides are all so very different. This venue offers packages for all budgets and different styles and preferences. No cookie-cutter weddings at Harbor House! And this venue has to be a photographers dream as well. As I strolled this venue I envisioned photo ops at every turn! Ill certainly be spreading the word!

My husband and I were married in 2013 by husband and wife team Shannon and Jesse Perez who made every moment magical and captured those moments perfectly with their photography. Four years later we decided to renew our vows at Harbour House Oceanfront Venue and again, every detail was perfect! We allowed them to handle everything from photos, to music, catering, etc, because they explained that in their many years of event planning, they have developed contacts for THE BEST vendors in the business. I am so glad we trusted them to handle everything, because it came out without a glitch! They really do have the best, five star vendors. I will recommend Harbour House Oceanfront Venue to ALL of my family and friends for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, anniversaries, and bar / bat mitzvahs!
