The staff are extremely friendly. However, I ve gone to this theater often and there always seems to be an issue. During a screening of suicide squad the picture went out during the last 10 minutes leaving everyone with just audio. Then tonight I attended the premiere of guardians of the galaxy 2. We arrived about 40 minutes early to ensure we got good seats. We asked if we could enter the theater and were told yeah we were good to go. When we entered a movie was playing so we exited and waited outside the theater about 10 minutes go by and the line started forming. Then someone over hears that the theater was overlapped and the movie playing wasnt going to end until an hour after the scheduled start time of guardians. Another 10 minutes go by and an employee informs us that they are going to be moving the people currently in the theater, who are mid movie, to another theater and then seat us. So after they made those people switch to a different theater they let us get seated. The movie starts and for the entirety of the movie several flys kept landing on the lense projecting shadows across the screen. I wont be frequenting this movie theater anymore.

I have been coming to The Breeze for years, & this experience is sure to be my last! When my friend & I arrived the man behind the counter was OBVIOUSLY annoyed we were purchasing tickets for the latest showing movie. After he rudely took our money, he said "Its to your right!" After that little speed bump, we sat in the theatre for 12 minutes without the movie starting. After 15 minutes, I got up & told that same man that the movie was suppose to start 15 minutes ago. He said he would get "the manager" to handle it. "The manager" came in the theatre & said he was handling the problem. After we sat in the theatre for 30 minutes total, he came in & explained he was not going to be able to fix the projector, & that he was going to have to refund our money. "The manager" was not wearing a name tag, nor did he apear well-groomed. He did nothing more than give us our money, & say he would have it fixed tomorrow. We will NOT be going back, to where our business is not wanted!!

Left a wallet that employee found and turned in to management to hold until I could pick up. Manager told me she did not know anything about it but when we told her that employee gave it to her and gave her name she conveniently then remembered it and said she had put it in the office but now could not find it. We asked her for the general manager and she refused to give name or numer for them. She said she would have them get back to us and that they would look over security tapes to see if an employee had taken it from office. The employee that found the wallet was an acquaintance of ours and they assured us they had given this female manager the wallet. We never heard back from the manager or general manager even after repeated calls. There was 300.00 in the wallet however we knew she would have taken the money. We just wanted to avoid the aggravation of having to replace identification.

my husband and i went to see a movie on Sunday and bought a large popcorn. we thought it would be nice to get a refill to take home for our children to share. i put some in a zip-lock bag for my daughter to have as a snack at school the next day and she came home very upset. She found a band-aid in her popcorn! i know accidents happen, but this can be fixed by simply wearing gloves to serve food. however, other than this incident, the theater has always been clean and the staff friendly.

Im always looking to the Breeze for a really nice moviegoer time. Its quaint and quiet and it is never crazy like the Carmike theaters when it comes to premiers of huge, blockbuster movies. The staff is young, but polite to all the customers, and if something is wrong with the film, theyre quick to fix the situation. Im really happy that theater is there because its a great getaway.

movie was good but they let people get away with talking on there phone and no joke i was there watching transformers three there and in the back row there was a girl doing naughty things to a guy i told the manager right away and she(tammy) refused to acknowledge the problem the popcorn was stale and soda flat place is horrible hated it

Staff was very friendly and theater was clean. Didnt care much for the prices on the large refill popcorn but on the upside if you bring the bucket with you you can continue to get refills. Forget the bucket and forget the refill. But what theater has reasonable concession stand prices anyway, LOL!

Beachin it, baby!

This is a good, hometown style theatre. Nothing fancy, but in better shape than a few other local theatres. I will say that some of the teenage employees can have teenage additude, but for the most part theyre very pleasant. Movie selection is always relevant and seating area is always clean.

We are two for two seeing a movie at The Breeze this summer and being so miserably hot during the movie we had to request the air conditioning be turned on. It was so bad, you could smell body odor. Even after the air was turned on, it took so long to cool down we couldnt wait to leave.

Kirby Bridges

I love this theatre. Its never as crowded as the Pensacola theatres and has much nicer people working there. They also give discount coupons out sometimes in certain circulars. They sometimes have classic movie nights. I was able to see Back to the Future and Akira here. It was great!

This is an older theater, but it has first run movies. In fact, I believe its the only theater nearby that has them. The concession options are good and the theater was pretty clean. Like most theaters these days, it was pricey. They dont take American Express.

My favorite movie theater for many, many years. Its my first choice of theaters in the area. Reasonable prices, excellent service and amazing staff! They treat you like family. I love everything about my experiences at Breeze 8. Thank you so much!

Small theater. Not comfortable. Always young kids running around in the theater and talking during the movies (in a rated R movie thats supposed to be 17 and up). The workers warned us before we went in so its obviously a constant problem.

Theater was pitch dark. You couldnt see where the seats were or even if there was anyone sitting in them. It stopped playing in the middle of the movie and they made us listen to advertisements for 15 minutes until it started again.

The staff at the concession area (Toni) certainly needs to learn better customer service. We were totally put off by her eye rolling to customers. The management needs to get this under control before it gets anymore out of hand.

There was one person working at the ticket booth and a long line of patrons who missed part of the movie if youd like to sell concessions, youll have to get them into the theater first, what are your priorities....idiot

I always have the best experience and great sound witch with scary movies makes it better. the staff are friendly especially this one guy who know my order by heart and has everything ready for when I get to the counter
