Reserved with a day in advanced ,arrived with an hour earliear, paid, everything was fine.they told us to be at the dock at 2pm ,experience 1 is going to be the boat...all good.i waited ,at 2pm I was on the dock, the boat arrived, the captain start calling groups(2 big groups) and after that he said, sorry no more seats available, one of our boats broke down, it is what it is.told us they trying to fix the other one.waited another our,the guy in the broken boat were taking lunch break, nobody was trying to fix it.still on the boat one I saw that the captain still took like 4 more people after he said he cannot take anymore people, when I asked him he said again sorry,no more seats.ok,I went inside for a refund and to ask what happened and the gentleman at the register when I told him I reserved with a day in advanced said yes,and you did but so were other 4p people, not our fault a boat broke down, and sorry but it is what it is.we have two boats, one broke down and we did not assigned you a seat in a A certain boat ,it is what it is.i did not want to continue in front of my 8 year old son and left.first they were disrespectful and offended me by saying all that, and also lied.they actually told me when I paid to wait for boat no 1 at dock 3 or 4 .that was not the boat that broke down.i was upset because it was supposed to be my first snorkeling offshore for my son.and they just straight lied into my face instead of just saying,we are sorry,we had to big groups and we could not lose all that money.but I cannot give a review on their snorkeling trips since I havent been In one.i dont leave reviews, I think this is one of the few if not the only one,but I was not happy how I was treated,at least dont say anything dont lie to me like that.maybe they are awesome give them a try,Im not saying you shouldnt, but my experience was bad.

I believe the people that work here could use some training in customer service. My family and I reserved a space to go snorkeling, there were 5 of us including a small child. For us that was a fairly big bill. After boarding the boat the other boat next to us was also boarding. When I began to apply sunscreen a guy on the dock that was loading up the other boat screamed at me to quit spraying that stuff!! I would NEVER scream and treat someone like that, especially a paying customer!!!!! Im a 58 year old woman and I was so embarrassed!! No one mentioned any rules about applying sunscreen. A few minutes later they explained on our boat to use cream sunscreen or spray aerosol into our hand then apply it. We reached the snorkeling spot and SEVERAL of us asked where exactly the reef was, none of us ever found it! Two people were stung by jellyfish and there was no vinegar or lidocaine cream on.board, no one even explained to them about scrubbing stinging cells off. On the way back my husband became ill and was throwing up, he received no assistance. 3 out of 4 in our party our padi certified divers. I grew up in Hawaii and have been back several times on vacation and work. Ive been on MANY excursions including snorkeling, diving, swimming with dolphins and manta rays just to name a few. The crews were always respectful and very helpful. There were some basic first aid supplies (including candied ginger) to help with minor issues people might have. This was a big disappointment to say the least. Save your money and snorkel on your own.

This was my first time snorkeling. I found Sea Experience on the web and so thought I would try them out. The crew on the glass bottom snorkel boat were great. They gave everyone really good instructions and helped me out to be comfortable in the water. I had a really good time. I asked about scuba diving and the captain told me that they also do scuba diving lessons/certifications. A couple days later I decided to get certified. I signed up for the open water class, did the e-learning academics on the web and then the pool and ocean dives with Mateo (an instructor at Sea Experience). Mateo was a great instructor, very patient and thorough. I returned home a certified diver and had a really good time. I will recommend Sea Experience to everyone. Thanks!!

Our tour was taken out onto coast with very high waves. There was a woman and her young daughter crying for help and none of the crew went into the water to help her..another lady was yelling help me because she inhaled some ocean water and was having trouble breathing and swimming back to the boat against the current...current was very strong and made it impossible to "just relax" as one crew member kept yelling. Did not really get to see much but a bunch of gray fish and maybe a turtle. Speaker on the cruise was very nice and professional...I do not doubt the expertise of the crew and feel as though this would be a better experience for diver. Definitely do not recommend for snorkeling...not anything like my previous snorkeling experience

In Ft Lauderdale for work and happened to see their boat cruise by while on the beach. Having been snorkeling before in Mexico I thought I knew what to expect. This trip was 100 times better than the pricey Mexico snorkeling. My coworker decided when she got in that she was too scared. The crew was very friendly to her and kept her company while everyone was in the water. We saw numerous types of fish including tangs, angel fish, and probably at least 15-20 others. Joe and Josh were our "boat guys" and were UH MAZE ING. I was surprised that the tour was only $40! Definitely worth double that. If we ever visit Ft Lauderdale again I would gladly partake in this adventure.

Sea ex rocks. I love their boat and their crew are all awesome people any questions you have for them they will answer no problem with no attitude or if you want to conversate with them they are very friendly and have many stories. I dive with them all the time since I live in Ft. Lauderdale and prefer their boat and crew over all the others. Anyday you want to have some fun on the water give them a call they have something for ever experience level. Also the employees all know what the heck they are doing unlike some of the idiots that work in other dive shops which is a big plus for me.

The boat never got to the reef because it broke down. We got to bob around in the ocean for a little while while we waited for the tow boat. The crew said a refund would be available. The person behind the desk was rude and offensive when all of the people on the boat enquired about a refund. Wouldnt give us contact information, told us we got an "experience". The one crew person said this was the 8th time they had broken down. We overheard the captain say I changed the starter yesterday I thought it would work. Do not waste your time and money on SEA EXPERIENCE!!!

Awesome snorkeling trip for the price! You get a narrated tour of fancy houses along the intercostal and all equipment is included (mask/snorkel/fins/pfd) for an hour of snorkeling on the reef. The best part of the trip was the guides who were funny, efficient, and knowledgable! The only suggestion I could make would be more in-water interaction with the guides. An in-water flip book of fish to show what people are seeing would be great! Thanks and I hope to come back for a DIVE next time!
