My son and I went there about 1:30 pm to bowl. We ended up paying almost $40 for 1 hour of Bowling. The lady asked our names for the machine and still didnt spell them right (even after we spelt them) then the lane broke down after the first practice frame then stood in line again for 5+ min to have a tech fix the issue. After that it was about every 2-3 frames (we bowled 3 games) we were having to go back up to the front desk for a tech to come. Not once were we apologized to for the issues, offered free soda or compensated for the down time that we had to wait for the tech even though our hour was still running. I asked if there was a comment card or survey that could be filled out the lady advised its on the website. Never said what website or ask if there was anything she could help with. This was a horrible experience and definitely not going back and will spread the word of our experience with horrible lanes and customer service.

Today was the first and the last time that I visited this place , first, the lady in the counter was very rude..... second, normally when I pay for one hr I can play 3 games with my wife ... today we paid for one hour game, but we really played about 40 minutes, the reason was that the lane was not restarting, it got stuck several times. I lost like 20 min of game. I could only play one game in one hr. When the time was up, I asked to the lady in the counter if she could let me play for the time that I lost waiting for them to repair the machine, then she said that she could only let me play for 10 more minutes, I said OK and then I went back to the lane and tried to finish the game , but again the machine got stuck. I Left the place totally upset . what a rip off.

We walked in and was going to order food. 10.00 for a small sub. Then while waiting on friends to show up three girls was waiting outside. They told us how they had to wait outside. They went in to buy a drink. However they told them they could not order food unless they paid for a game of bowling. Now they paid for everything else but wasnt allowed to order even a drink. Btw the fountain pop is 4.00 for 48ounces. And 10 per game. What a rip off. I decided to just leave and not come back. Do not waist your money on this place. 8 dollars for small cheese sticks. Rip off.

I had a summer package which allowed free weekday bowling for my spouse and the kids. When it was packed they offered me VIP for $2 per person more and allowed us to bowl as many games as we wanted. They did not uphold their offer and told us we couldnt bowl anymore after two games. I complained to the manager and she was somewhat condescending. She ended up letting us borrow another game but I felt not very welcome there. It is very well updated and other than the service I received it seemed like a nice place.

Took a group bowling on a Thursday Evening. Was told that only VIP was available and the price would $37 for 2 hours plus shoes. The total came to $70 for five of us. We were put on a Lane. Soon afterwards they put a group of screaming kids next to us. They were obnoxious, running into our Lane. Laying on the floor and had absolutely no courtesy whatsoever. The staff at Bowland was unsympothetic and just seemed to want the money. We wont be going back there! Period!

Nasty red head up front gave me nothing but attitude two days in a row. I would love to have my daughter enjoy the summer free bowling but I will never go to this place again after the way we were treated. Its not ok to make up rules for our family but they dont apply to the family next to us. And being told we have to wait an hour for a lane then have another family behind us go right up with no reservation is ridiculous.

I love this place. I grew up in this place and im still coming after years. This place is my home and the people there are my family so if you want to give it bad ratings then thats alright but think how hard these people work your right the can have better service in the kicten but you have to have patience bacause they are getting food to set up

Food and service were awesome. Servers went out of there way to accommodate the customers. Even the manager was so friendly. We will definitively go back again. We were there for a benefit and everyone went out of there way to accommodate everyone. Thank you everyone.

Good bowling, limited bowling though. In the arcade you put your money in and you may not get a prize we played three times, two out of three times you dont get anything. Fair service: We had to ask several time to get help or put our bumpers up.

Love the food should isolate people with little children maybe first 6 lanes or so nobody seems to have any bowling etiquette Everytime we go keep hoping it will get better maybe their should be a sign posted about bowling etiquette posted

Took 20 minutes befor the bartender even agnolaged I was thier , I got a fountain drink and 15 wings to go , it cost me $23.00 then the look she gave when I gave her a 2 dollar tip.not going back.just saying.

Get your kitchen in order, after reading the other reviews on your staff customer service I think you should adjust the attitudes or quit the service industry all together.

Bowling alleys and bar. In Nemos on Friday they have great trivia. For every large soft drink or alcoholic drink you purchase during trivia you get 3 free wings.

Clean and friendly. Doesnt smell like the 80s like some bowling alleys. :-) Friendly staff. Enjoy our time there with the kids.
