1 star because I did have the option to give 0 stars. Go some place else. Place is outdated, staff is not rude, but not friendly either. Well at least no friendly to amateurs guest. They dont honor they hours stated on the website, and staff member told me. Since the main office is in New Jersey they are responsible for the website, but not for the business hours. Website states that closing hour is 11pm. I got there with my family of 7 at 8:30pm Ordered food , drinks and an hour bowling and most likely we would have stayed for a 2nd hour., but at 8:50 we were told that they were closing at 9pm. Of course I questioned the staff and I was told that the leaugue was done playing so they were closing. And that if I wanted I could call the corporated office in New Jersey to questions the wrong hours on the website since NJ were responsible for the website. I will never go back there.

I generally liked the place. It is priced well compared to others. The more games you buy, the cheaper it is. I think it worked out to be 2 dollars per game for me one night. I bring my own shoes so Im not sure how those work out. I liked all the bowling balls they offered, all the weights are there (but you have to look for them). Im not in a league and I was there around 5pm-9pm. It was nice. A little bit of league stuff on the far side of the lanes, but nothing interrupting my causal games.

Everytime I come here with my girlfriend to play pool there is always kids running around the lounge area and playing with the cue ball on the pool tables. There are multiple signs that say no one under 21 in the lounge area which Im pretty sure is a requirement for their liquor license. Their license needs to be taken away because they dont enforce this and it is very annoying for adults that want to have a few drinks and enjoy some pool.

My husband and I walked up to the counter where there were 2 employees discussing a private matter. They did not stop their discussion to assist us. Then after their conversation, one of the employees walks away. The other employee behind the counter turns around and does not acknowledge us. Terrible customer service. If there was an option for no stars, I would have picked that in nstead.

Terrible Terrible Terrible!! I would not recommend this place to any one. Our lane kept on messing up! Sometimes it would knock down the rest of our pins before we got to bowl for the second time and there were even times where our bowling lane SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY!! I know that we will no longer be going here and I recommend that you do not go here as well!!!

Positives: Employees are friendly. Good "all you can bowl" deals. Free water. Good thing, because its hot. Negatives: The ball return scratches and gouges balls. (Would be 4 stars without this problem.) Some of the pin setters dont set them properly and you end up with less than 10 pins, sometimes. Its hot as hell.

Plenty of lanes and space and theyre open late. Its fairly typical -- the balls could use more maintenance, the computers are pretty glitchy and there is nothing exceptional about the place at all. Annoyingly, they dont sell food later than ten or eleven.

Its about what you expect for a bowling ally. It is somewhat clean and the employees are nice. There is a deal where you can purchase free bowling for kids which we get all the time for my daughter. A great way to fill the time and beat the heat.

Best lanes quality compared to anything in Ft. Myers. They have a lot more lanes than the others and pretty good prices. They do have a few days when leagues play but Ive never been unable to play. My choice for bowling hands down.

My Lea and I bowl here frequently. The staff is friendly, Lea loves the fries and during the summer the "kids bowl free" program is awesome! Good exercise we can do together. We recommend it.

Love this alley. Staff are friendly. The house balls are plentiful and the shoes are clean. Sunday special is my favorite. I need to stay going back more often.

Great little grill. Staff is great. Often the balls get stuck because there is too much wax on the lanes. Make sure to bring a towel.

This is a nice big alley with a lot of house balls. Its a little dated and could use some sprucing up, otherwise a great place.
