I told the ppl at the front desk it was my family s first time bowling, and they offered no explanation of the game, or how to set ourselves up. Another couple next to us ended up helping us set up our names. We paid for 2 games. After playing the first game, my kids were kinda bummed and not having such a great time because they kept getting gutter balls. Theyre 7 and 9, we expected that. But then another family came next to us, and had a staff member put up the rails. I didnt know this was an option. Now, you would think, after telling the cashier my family has never bowled before, and seeing how young our kids are, they would have mentioned this. Whatever. So i had the guy put them up, and my kids started having a ball! My only other complaint, is when i tried to order food and drinks with the main bartender, she handed me a menu, and never came back to me. The bars not that big, and they werent that busy. The other bartender though, in the side bar, was super sweet! She was so nice, and took care of my family right away, happily! In all, id go back. I just know now, not to expect top notch service from the whole staff ;)

The lanes are nice. Clean but dated as expected. I just couldnt believe how expensive it was for two people to play two games. At my local bowling alley it costs about $12 or $15 for two people to rent shoes and play two games. At AMF it was over $30. Honestly the most expensive bowling trip Ive ever taken, and its not worth it in my case since I dont really like bowling and furthermore I suck at it. I just think it was too expensive for an average experience

Horrible. Horrible. food is overpriced, extremely .. I come from a food industry I know the ins & outs. The pricing is outrageous for the quality of food they give. Staff members are extremely rude. I asked an elderly woman at the desk for help on a lane and she literally blew her breath as if my request was impossible. we will never return to this alley.

Great bowling lanes! Went here for the first time ever to help out in a league. The place is monstrous, lots of lanes! The rental shoes were darn near brand new. The server was on top of noticing when our drinks were empty. The pro shop was nice, they had what looked like a solid food selection. I will be returning to throw the rock soon!!

$2 Tuesdays is great - $2 shoe rental, $2 drinks, $2 games - but leagues always override open bowl. Dont expect to go bowling on Tuesdays until after 10pm or later, depending on when league bowling is good and ready to be finished.

Ok so its cool having super cheap bowling.. $1 games, $1 shoes on tuesdays etc.. But the employees really suck at their jobs!! 15 lanes open and they wont give us a lane... Waiting for an hour... Wow.. Awful service..

For the past 20 or so weeks I have made coming to AMF lanes a weekly outage, improving my bowling skills and having fun each week. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the bar and bowling fees are reasonable.

Horrible service. Staff were unhelpful and rude. Been here twice, waited over an hour both times without warning. Got yelled at for loitering near the entrance while waiting to get a lane.

A "Game" of bowling was 5 frames, and even if you got a strike on the fifth round it stopped. Who wants to bowl for 5 frames? Never going back there.
