Dang Duffer Dan ~ your comments really do not fit from our experience. The course may have been crowded but that may be a good thing since most of the courses in the area are suffering. Forest Lake does not have true Members but Associates that pay a reduced green and cart fee each round after they pay an Annual Fee of less than a $125 to join for the year. I have always sensed that Forest Lake tries to please and keep the pace of play at the stated expected time of 4 1/2 hours or less. Some days this is much less and some time not.. They do have a great hot dog ~ ask for the jumbo grilled next time.

Great course at a reasonable price. There are no houses anywhere! The course is clean, quiet, beautiful and challenging enough for beginners to learn the game. The staff is very friendly and there is always someone riding around in a cart with ice cold refreshments. The restrooms are always clean and stocked inside and out on the course. Theres plenty of water stations on the route s you can stay hydrated. This is a first rate golf course, in my opinion.

I paid $356 to advertise my business with them and never once saw my ad on property nor did I ever get a call back from Management about this issue.Verified ad was not there 6 ,8, 10 months later and paid for 1 full year April 2014-2015. Do not advertise with them. Beware of Dave!

Had a great time here. Course was in good shape. The guy working inside the pro shop was very nice. The only knock on this course would be people dont fix their divots they make on the greens. FIX YOUR DIVOTS PEOPLE.
