Im not sure where to start but lets give it a shot. Im from Augusta Ga where people take their golf game very serious. That being said when I called to make a tee time I explained that I would have my 70 yr old mom along who has never played golf so I wanted a tee time with a pretty good window behind me as not to hold any one up, my tee time was given to me and upon arrival we had a group of league golfers of 30 women right behind us. We were on the first green and they are yelling down the fairway for us to hurry up. Needless to say class is not a requirement to play here. Very nice course in great shape but have never ran across a group of more rude people in my life. The staff seems to cater to these types of people and excuse this behavior. I was truly disappointed with my experience. I spent my $100 to learn a very valuable lesson on etiquette today, apparently it no longer exist. I hope this review helps someone to understand the rules of playing golf at this course. If you are not from around here and are not a scratch golfer you should probably spend your money elsewhere.

This is where I learned to play golf. I love WPCC. The greens used to be as flat as they were small, perfect for honing your short-iron game and learning to one putt, but since the masterful renovation and redesign, the greens are spacious and tantalizingly undulating. Traffic-lined OB makes it perfect for learning to hit it straight off of the tee box. EASILY walkable in 1h:30m. Par 35, three tee boxes range from 2000 up to 2500 yards. Sir Nick Faldo plays here, as do other golf gods. Play 9 here often and meet great people in kindhearted Winter Park. My favorite little course by far, well maintained by the City.

What a great place . Friendly staff , inexpensive green fee and club rental. And a lovely walk round in a suprisingly tricky course. Watch the traffic though , the roads wind around the course !

Winter Park country club has been around a long time, and it is a great place for events. You can have wedding receptions, formals, etc... here and it is a classy place to hold such an event.

Great 9 hole walk or ride (limited carts) course. Par 5s and par 4s are fun and challenging for all.
