I wish I could get refund for the $11.99 for the movie ticket I wasted. This place has never been all that great but the perk of it was the prices were okay and there was never much of a hassle getting into the theater. First off the line is like waiting to ride a roller coaster you stand and wait with 20 other people and their kids to get to the ticket/concession area. The entire point is just to get you to buy a ticket so they can sell you their over prices popcorn and drinks and thats its only purpose. You wait 15-20 minutes in a line just to get a ticket and you dont even know if the movie is sold out or not by the time you get there. So you could be waiting 20 minutes just to be told Im sorry it sold out. Thats how idiotic their ticket purchases are... oh and if youre feeling like Mr. MoneyBucks and if you want popcorn or refreshments you wont get it unless you wait in that long line so better get it while you buy your ticket. As far as the theater goes the sound system is dull, there was a crack in the middle of the screen in theater 6 from top to bottom and the left bottom of the screen was blurry and out of focus while the movie played. Wasnt at all worth 11.99 I paid for my ticket. Also since its the mall theres teenie boppers that flood the theater seats being loud and rowdy while you try to watch a film so throw that into your movie experience. Next time Ill try another place or wait till the movie I want to watch is on Redbox for a buck fifty without the hassle or annoying kids interrupting the film.

OMG by far the worst, there are no comparisons. Ive been to theaters all over the world, and I have to say this movie theater was the nastiest Ive ever been in. It all started with the customer service. My family and I along with a young lady were standing in line for 8 minutes to purchase a ticket for the newly released Batman movie. There was no one in either ticket booths. One of the employees was standing at the snack bar approximately 20 ft. away looking at us and eating a snack not telling us that we had to pay at the snack bar. When I went to purchase a ticket, I asked if the offered any discounts, such as military discount, they said NO, now for this being a military and college town they should offer a discount. Once I got my $10.75 ticket my family, and I entered the theater where it was playing and a over whelming smell of mildew hit us in the face. Once we sat down the theater was really humid and the seats were very damp, next to wet, moved three times, and each seat got worst, felt very itchy sitting in the seats. There were crickets under the seats and seen rat run across the floor. That was it for me, requested a refund the manager gave us a refund after explaining what we experienced within that ten-minute time frame. Theater doesnt need to be closed down just fix the problems. At this time, I would not recommend this theater location to anyone.

Okay so my dad & I just went to the movies last night to see "Spy"... An amazing comedy. so as my dad & I walk into the mall, into the theater, there were two young ladies. Very polite.. I had 25 dollars my grandmother had given. Okay so as I look at the prices for the candy, etc. 5 Something for a small icy. I was so disappointed because the prices were lower way back when. My dad and I go to the movies quite a bit. So when you go to the movies you expect a charge. But geez. & I wont even start with the Individual theaters. The theaters are freaking terrible. I see the changed the carpets & the seats. About time. But as we walked up to our seats , my dad and I both grabbed the railing & pulled back as though we just witnessed a rat. The railingS were very gross feeling. Almost like someone slathered Greese all over it. & its always very humid in the theaters. The only decent thing probably has to be the bathroom. & they arent fantastic. Last but very least, while our movie was playing, you could hear the base, and everything going in the movie next door. Very bad experience every time... Id rather go to Westown Movie Theater in Middletown!!! Its worth the extra 20 something miles. The prices are WAAAAAY better. The theaters are very very nice, & just in general is an amazing environment.

Small individual theaters with very upright non-reclining seats. The first few times I saw a movie here, I felt like the seat was pushing me forward so I watched most of it while leaning forward out of my seat. Sitting like this for over 2 hours can get a little frustrating and very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, Ive been living in this town for a few years and the next closest theater is over 45 mins away, so Ive learned to deal with the seating. Extremely pricey for the quality of the theater. Youre looking at paying $11.25 for a regular price ticket and $14.25 for a 3d showing (per person). They do have bargain matinee pricing ($5.50) for shows between 3:30 and 5:00, so Ive also adjusted by planning my movie trips during these times. Snack and drink prices? Dont even bother buying anything here or youll be paying nearly $50 for the price of 2 3d movies, 2 drinks, and 2 bags of popcorn. There is a "concession" shop just outside the theater in the food court. You wont be able to get freshly popped/buttered popcorn, but you can stock up on anything else. Only good thing about this theater is the quality of the picture from the projectors. All in all, not the worst theater Ive ever been to, but far from high quality and, definitely, not worth paying full price for a ticket.

This place is overall terrible. If I could give it ZERO starts, I would as its not even worth one. First of all, how inconvenient is it to have the ONLY movie theater within a 45 minutes radius in the mall? The prices for food and tickets are ridiculous because they are the only theater in town. The theaters are absolutely disgusting. The last time I went (a month or so ago) nothing was cleaned from the previous movie. I walked in an aisle and slipped and (luckily) fell into a seat. There was food, and drinks everywhere on the floor and in the cup holders. The floors and railing was also sticky. Lets not forget that the walls are missing half of its wallpaper. For the prices that they charge, you would think that they would renovate once in a while. EW!

Dont expect much...Ive been going here for fifteen years and it has barely changed at all. The theaters are roomy, and the sound/picture is good, but nothing too special. The seats are comfy enough, but the ones at Westtown in Middletown are better. The prices for tickets are fair, but the food is insanely expensive. The Annual Popcorn bucket is a great deal, but its too much popcorn for one or two people. Its only good for 3+. Overall I have only had a handful of bad experiences here in about 325 visits in around 15 years, but its nothing more than average. I have been to much nicer theaters, but I have been to much worse. Its not pretty, and its not great, but for casual movie-going, its good enough.
