Lack of customer service is the reason for this 1 star rating. Have been trying to get our set "tuned up" for the last 3 years and the response is "youre on the list and were in your area, should be soon" No follow ups, no organization. Last time we called we were told the manager would call us back in a few minutes...nothing. When you buy a product and part of that purchase is the maintenance they promise to perform for you, there is an expectation that that service will actually be performed and in a timely manner.

Clever idea to advertise products by turning a store into kids playarea. The space itself should be refurbished or at least professionally cleaned and given new lick of paint. The toilet should definitely be entirely upgraded. Plenty of parking space and friendly and very helpful staff.

Love TimberGyms! Birthday parties and free play here are great for the kids. The staff is very helpful and understanding, they really do a good job of keeping things safe and moving along.
