We are kind of bouncy place connoisseurs by this point since on road trips one needs to stop and let toddlers run off some steam and we actively seek out bouncy house places, but this one is our least favorite. Most places have a designated space for younger children, but brave tots like mine could also go into the middle size ones because there are gradual increases in size and required physical ability. Here this was not really possible because everything beyond the tot section was huge, meaning we paid for her to use basically 2 bounce structures on her own. There is also a crazy overabundance of staff, constantly surveilling you, which weve never seen, even in much larger spaces. Leaving my husband and daughter when we first arrived to check and see where else she might go, i passed no less than four employees in a tight, short pathway, all of whom stared like I was a minotaur, and two of whom were like, "Where are you going?" Um, im going to check out the space for my 2year old since weve already given you our $10! I respect that adults are not allowed to jump, but in all other places weve been, a parent can accompany a small child, like our 2year old, not to jump but to help them. It was only after asking twice, in a near empty place, that they begrudgingly said we could help her through two of the harder bounce structures. But wed have to leave if more people came! Sigh. If you have much older children who can roam alone and/or more than one child, then this place may be worth the cost. But considering the others weve been to, with amazingly nice employees and a less stressful vibe, we wont be back again until shes at least 4 and perhaps has a sibling for company.

Too expensive for what they offer, it came to 27.99 for 2 of my kids to bounce, didnt include the rock climb or bungee trampoline, literally they were bored within 15 minutes there is only 3 slides and 1 bounce house and a 3 and under area. very small compared to monkey joes or Andys bounce barn in seymour. Arcade was also a rip off, very small and no selection besides "throw your token away to see if you can hit the jackpot" and again, even after we earned 210 tickets my kids were only able to get a few pieces of candy from the prize center. Rude staff that made me feel like i was bothering her when i asked for tokens for the arcade because the token center was out of order. all and all bad time, wasnt worth 50 dollars for not even an hour in there!

I have a 21 month old and she loves the toddler area of this place. I have two gripes though. The mickey mouse bounce house is loaded with clumps of hair all over it , its kind of gross, cant be too hard to vacuum that at night. My other (very minor) gripe is that they check to make sure my 21 month old has her hand stamped every time she enters or leaves the area. Seriously, shes going to sneak in? If only they put that much effort into cleaning the kids bounce houses.

Biggest rip off EVER!!! Customer service sucked.... my niece wanted food they didnt have anything, the guy in the food station was in his phone all day.. i preferred to take my niece to chuck e chesse or monkey joes.This was my first time coming here and i am never going back everything was disgusting. If i could give a less than 1 star i would. Dont waste your money!!!! Youre disappointing. Close down, clean up, get new employees, and then try to re-open.

Fun place to bring your kids to, kids under 4 are only 10 bucks entry, thats for a whole day! Place is more set for older kids, but my 18 month still had a blast. Friendly staff, area seemed clean, came on a Saturday lunch time, was enough people so its not like a ghost town, but not too crowded that you cant find your kid. Place not too loud, occasional party music, good environment to bring your kid in for a morning or afternoon.

Hi my name is Jay and I went in today with my wife to book a party for my son first of all the the guy that was at the front desk was so stupid didnt know nothing he was more rude then helpful I was ready to spend 500 and he basically threw my service away I suggest nobody goes there is the worst place ever so dont waste your time going there and just go some place but there I felt descramanation so plz same yourself from going there

This is by far the biggest indoor inflatable place in CT!! They dont have a bunch of small inflatables they have about 8 of the largest Ive ever seen!! I love how they also offered bungee trampoline and rock climbing. The arcade is comparable to any other one Ive been too in the area. They also have a good food menu!! It was a one stop shop for a great night out with the family!! We will deff be back :)

I bring my daugther here atleast once to twice a month. Shes 2 years old and cant get enough of this place. Theres many bounce houses, giant slide and a mediocre sized play area. My girlfriend and i also love coming here. The arcade games are well worth the time my daugther spends here lol. Very reccomened for kids 1-10.

I liked it, and my daughter who is turning three soon she liked it and had fun. But I think it needs more improvement, specially when you pay for one hour I think it should be a timer or something so you dont go more than an hour. And I think there should be more inflates or different ones. Just a thought.

They have done a great job with this place. Just to name a few things, they have bumper cars, bouncing and arcade and so much more. A great place for kids! My son and his cousin love it here. Over time they have added on and its kid friendly from the bathroom to the play area. Im impressed. Go Debbie!

The place was disgusting. There was trash all over the floors and smelled like feet. Some of the employees were rude to parents and even to the KIDS! All of the bounce houses were packed together in small place. First and last time I will bring my daughter there.

It was fun and a good place.. staff was nice and watch out for everything so make sure things are ok.. and they let us go on the infainflatable So we were able to have a good time as well and the onther kids loved it as well..

The family loved it! Place was clean, employees are so nice and helpful. The biggest inflatables Ive ever seen! Better than any other bounce house place. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Will definitely be back soon!

Ive been to other bounce house places in the area and out of state and this one by far is the most exciting and visually stunning place I have ever seen.. My fours kids, ages 3-11, loved it.. We will be back soon!! Thank you
