Staff were socializing among themselves not paying much attention to whats going on around them, took quite a while before I received any service & the place was empty on Saturday evening. I wanted to book a Birthday Party & asked for a tour of the facility, have to say I was pleased with what they had to offer, but the customer service was lousy. " Event Coordinator" made me feel kind of rushed, I asked about outside food & she told me Id have to pay a $100 fee & I could bring whatever I like, well upon receiving a call from the district manager (after I sent an email about my service there) I was informed no such fee existed & outside food was not even allowed unless a child has a food allergy so basically she "LIED"? theres NO $100 Fee? AND even after the poor service & the lie I was willing to pay that $100 FEE the $9 extra per child for additional jump time & then some for my boys 10th Birthday because it was what he wanted.. But after thinking it over I decided not to book my party with Launch Hartford, Im just not comfortable & besides no incentives were offered to compensate for the LIE or the 20 minutes I waited in an empty facility for service, though I was invited to go back & see another employee who would assist me, but I feel no need to return to take a 30 min drive to Hartford to see what Ive already seen or have questions answered I already found the answeres to.. I was SOLD on the place when I walked through the doors... The poor service lost my business. I dont plan on returning to Launch. I hope the staff can pull it together & not lose another customer or they will see many more QUIET Saturday Nights & quiet is no good in the Trampoline Park Business...

We have been to launch 3 times and hope to go more. Our 15 year old son went with friends and told us about it so we went after school one afternoon. I brought 4 of our children for two hours and they LOVED it. We got a great "afternoon" deal that was offered in December. I was absolutely impressed with the staff!! They were so nice and kept a close eye on the jumpers to ensure their safety. We went again recently - two days in a row - each day we brought 13 children. Again, we went to the website and got a great deal! Pre-purchasing tickets and filling our waivers prior to arrival is a great idea. Even with 13 ten year olds, the staff got us in quickly and were still extremely friendly and thorough. Besides having a great deal, I was, once again, amazed at the OUTSTANDING staff! Truly. Each time, everyone had a blast. There is so much to do: flips into foam blocks, two different size basketball hoops to jump and dunk, squares for just jumping etc, AND 2 dodge ball areas that are well supervised. I could not believe how organized the dodge ball was. The games were supervised closely and the games were always fair. There is also an area withTVs, tables and chairs that overlooks the jumpers. Lastly, if you bring a few extra dollars there is a very reasonably priced food counter and some games for the kids to play. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the prices were for drinks, food - and even socks! If you forget your socks, you can buy a pair for $3. Some places might overcharge on something like that but not at Launch. Thanks for the great service and fantastic fun!

An associate actually assaulted a customer; a female custmer....I witnessed this along with several others....all stemming from an associate aggressively participating in dodge ball....and wait! The associates are NOT supposed to be playing dodge ball at all? Wheres the management??? who runs this place? All could have been avoided by proper management enforcing and upholding the corporate policy....Stay away.....if you have young children this is an extremely unsafe and EXTREMELY unsupervised environment......after all this; I asked management how this was being handeled .....I was told that it wasnt my business and I asked why the associate wasnt being disciplined....I asked to speak to regional manager and management swore at me and then asked me to leave....after all of this; I had to wait around to see what happened....eventually police were called and the situation was handeled by law enforcement. My point is this place is being ran extremely carelessly and is a DANGEROUS place for children....STAY AWAY.....there is an awesome place about 20mins away in Wallingford called SkyZone check it out if u want a Safe and Supervised environment for children.

We attended a birthday party that happened to be on the 1st Sat of the month, which is teen night. The place was a madhouse; it was so crowded as to be unsafe. The party coordinator asked the kids to take their shoes off and follow her to the trampolines (didnt address the parents at all). We thought she might be taking them to a dedicated trampoline area for parties so we followed at a distance (mostly because we didnt know what she was doing with our kids). She left them at the trampolines amongst a TON of other patrons, turned around and walked back to the lower section of the facility. We parents were pretty surprised, to say the least. It continued from there...there was never any real coordination to the event. Apart from that, staff members seemed overwhelmed and couldnt enforce the rules. The person in charge of the main area kept whistling and announcing "one person per square!". It was ridiculous and even a bit comical considering there were probably 3 times that many people in that section. Anyway, it was a horrible experience. Needless to say, we wont be returning.

I took my young-adult daughters and we all jumped. I cant tell you the last time I had so much fun. I did strategize, though. Knowing that it appeals to younger kids, we went on a beautiful summer Saturday to increase the chances that families would choose outside activities. This totally worked, meaning that despite a birthday party or two, Launch was not crowded. The check-in and waiver went smoothly, the staff was polite and professional, the venue was clean and well-maintained. I paid a little extra for a locker with a lock—they charge $5-something and give $3-something back when you return the lock. I want to particularly mention the trampoline "lifeguards" who were super observant and safety conscious. AJ at the Main Court was particularly great, and so was the guy at the foam pit. One hour felt just a little long, so next time Ill go for 45 minutes. If I lived closer, Id be at Launch every week.

The actual jumping wasnt bad and would have been a good time, but most of the employees..horrible and ruined the experience and honestly scared the kids. They were rude, disrespectful and aggressive. When playing dodge ball an employee playing was throwing the ball at kids unbelievably hard, whipping it at them less than 10 feet away...and not to mention that the employee was NOT supposed to be playing. Then after being told to take it down a notch he got in the mothers face and wouldnt back down and got in her face more and even hit her. And what happened to him...nothing. Completely unprofessional. Not a good place to go, wouldnt recommend it to anyone and I would tell people to go elsewhere. And after reading other reviews..looks like other people had similar issues.
