First date night my husband and I had had in over 6 months. Went to the bar waited almost 20 minutes before the waitress came up to the table. I asked for a sweet Margarita (strawberry, mango something sweet) and a menu. Was then told that they dont have a kitchen staff that they had pre-made burritos from earlier in the day. I declined, ordering chips and salsa, my friends ordered two burritos. Husband ordered a beer everyone else at the table ordered beer. Our order came out, I received a regular marg with a sugar rim, the burritos came out looking like the pre packaged ones from 7-11. Drank the drink after added 2 glasses of water to it to water down the sourness. I then ordered a peach schnapps, cranberry and orange juice. The orange juice was the cheap donald duck orange juice and the cranberry juice was the cheap fake cranberry juice. I didnt finish that drink. I actually got up and left went home, when my husband paid for the drinks both drinks were 9 bucks a piece. The chips and salsa were okay they were the 2 dollar bag of chips that you get from King Soopers and Pace Picante Salsa. I was more disapppointed in the fact the website hasnt been updated to let us know there is no menu or a limited menu. The band Mike Hornbuckle was AWESOME!. I wont be going back.

Mark Sundermeier, the talent acquisition guy at Toad has done a tremendous job bringing in great bands and promoting a cool scene in an otherwise musically weak town of Littleton. Its a great alternative to heading downtown, as youll find the quality of music is the same, if not better, than any venue in Colorado. The customer service is phenomenal.. from the waitresses, bar tenders, door people, youll give a big tip when its all said and done. Unlike downtown, its in a safe area, so you dont have to worry about getting mugged getting back to your car or mode of transportation. Best of all.. its only $3-5 as a cover charge. Compare that to most places and youll find its the best value in town. Bottomline, so long as you check out the calendar and match up your musical taste with the genre/acts playing at Toad that night, youll come to agreement with this review.. FYI Ive been there twice now.

Ok evetyone that has put a review its been a year or better since they have been there , I believe everything that people have said but more recent reviews would b better for u as well as customers....im new to the area and looking to just hang out and have a vreat time this sounds like where i might start ....Thanks Everyone ......Have a great one

Used to be my favorite bar... The owner decided to get rid of his best people though. Tasha, Caitlin, and Stretch are gone... and so is my desire to go here. If youre a regular here, its never going to be the same. Its a real shame. Idiot move, Toad Tavern owner.... really stupid.

Just not a professional music venue. Our band wasnt able to play on a night when we were scheduled because time ran out. They still paid us our cut of the door but they kept their cut. So we had to pay our fans back with some of our own money.

Im not going to drink with beer at these prices. I came to see a friends band play and now I feel hijacked. I have to watch these bands sober? Geez its like sporting event high prices.

I give you 5 stars for having My Wooden Leg there for St. Patricks Day. Wish I was there! !! High Energy rock. Dont miss Michael Mafsteen znd this band.

The staff at the Toad are very friendly I have worked in bars before and they know what they are doing there. Great drinks and even better staff!!!!

Went to watch an N.B.A. game.. was harassed by a drunk regular to the point where it almost got physical. Will never go there again.

Great place, but dont open a tab. They like to put other peoples beers on your tab and wont fix it when you bring it up.

Performed @ the toad tavern at least 4 times. Great sound system and a dope place to hold a show.

The past few times I went in there it smelled like puke. It needs to be bleached big time!!!
