Be wary of Terry. He is oriented to sales only and not customer service. We wanted to rent an electric bike to go riding last Saturday. He persuaded us to rent a brand new $3,000 bike, put in an extra expensive battery and sent us on our way down the trail. It turned out that the trail was blocked and my wife got turned around and the bike bucked on her and threw her - cutting her head, scraping her arm, and scraping her knee. Terry responded by persuading us to just buy the bike instead of paying for $200 in damages with a dollars off "deal" claiming that he had a "30 day money back guarantee". So I went ahead and bought it. I decided after 2 days (we never rode it) that this "deal" didnt make any sense financially right now and I took it back to him to claim the guarantee. He was a bit surly now that I was bringing it back and told me that I would have to pay a $75 credit card processing fee to return the bike. When I questioned him on this he walked toward the bike threatening to find more "damage" that somehow he felt my wife was responsible for. He never even asked how my wife was doing (she was sore for a couple days afterwards). I asked him if he ever offered rental insurance and he mumbled something about how it wasnt worth it. He even allowed that the damaged battery was his fault but apparently not enough for him to take responsibility! What kind of rental place rents their best stuff, without any kind of damage waiver, and then expects you to pay for scrapes to the bike? A place totally geared to selling bikes thats what. I really liked the ebike but Ill tell ya, when I do buy one - which I intend to do - it wont be from Terry. -James Mill

First of all, I have to say the Pedego bike is fabulous. It allows you to pedal the entire time and add only as much electric assist as you need. Having said that, I wanted to leave a review extolling the integrity and efficiency of Terry who owns this distributorship. I needed a new battery for my Interceptor and he sold me a barely used one at a very reasonable price (he got it as a spare in a trade in, and paid for both the tax on it and the shipping. AND it arrived the next day! Amazing service and helpfulness throughout. I would highly recommend patronizing this fellows business.

I purchased a EBO Kit here and had it installed, very clean job, works excellent, I knew this bike would be a blast but I must say this is so much more fun than I expected! I will be getting a kit on my wifes bike next then on to the kids! This makes a long ride in the wind, NO BIG DEAL I have had the bike 3 days and already ridden 70+ miles Grocery store, bike shop twice for fun! No more gas for the local trips thanks to the pannier bags they sell there too! Thanks Terry and Patrick for a great install Thanks Jason at EBO for making such an excellent and well integrated setup!

I bought a new electric bike from this store and my first thought was the selection he had, from beach cruisers to mountain bikes to commuters......well after talking to Terry I decided on which to choose from. I had to order my bike because Im tall and needed a bigger frame so the order went through and I got my bike in rather quickly and the shop put it together for me and made sure everything was right before I left.....I would definitely recommend this shop to people.

I went to their expo, and had fun test riding the bikes. Bought/paid for one that afternoon, but never received it. After waiting 3 weeks, the bike finally arrived damaged. The owner provided the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. Was told it would take 6 more weeks to get the bike I wanted, but they would not provide a loaner bike for me to use in the meantime. By the time I would have received the bike, summer would have been over. I took my business elsewhere.

We had family in from out of town and wanted to show them Denver. Renting from Pedego was awesome. The bikes are fun and easy to ride. Everyone had a blast. We cruised all over the South Platte and Cherry Creek trail. Pedegos customer service was over the top. We had a minor glitch and they made it right. Ive recommended Pedego to a number of people. We will be back!
