So after visiting this place per a friend, I was disappointed. It was ladies night and my wifes first drink had to be paid for due to not being a well. The bartender never asked her what type of liquor she wanted so that was kind of fishy, but hey whatever. I then ordered a drink that was on a flyer of theirs for $4 and they tried to charge me $6.75 I then called her out on it and the manager "approved" it. It was posted all over the place. I then ordered their $1 tacos that ended up being $1.50 but again, only .50$ but the principal is the same. The bartender was rude until she saw that we tipped then she was okay. She still stopped the free drinks 10 minutes early. I asked the DJ to play a Chris Brown song with Busta Rhymes "Look at me now" and he responded that he doesnt play R&B even though the current song he was playing had Busta Rhymes in it. I dont understand what this place is doing, but I will most likely not be back. First impressions are huge and they failed. Think of this as a rant if you will, but to those looking for an honest opinion, that is what I give you. Hopefully they will respond to this and change their ways, hence why I said most likely would not go back.

I find it funny that most of the good band in the Springs will NOT play at Union Station. They only have 1 good bartender who works days, Randy is a drama queen who does not care about the music just the $ the under age crowd brings in. They have no problem serving people who should not be served anymore. They let the tweekers in and grab on the ladies and when you say something to the bouncer or bar tender they act like its not a big deal. Take care of your customers! My friends will NOT go to Union station. When they have ladies night why are there just men there. What does that say about your bar. Keep the tweekers out or keep them from grabbing at the few women there. Its to bad Randy just wont sell. The bar has a lot of potential but not with him in charge. Save your $ and go to another bar that really does care about the local music scene. Just look at the juke box.

My first time and although the floor arrangement doesnt make a bunch if sense the staff was absolutely top notch. Bartenders were very enjoyable, the drinks were good and not watered down. The stage is pretty good and a decent lighting system. What shocked me the most was the clarity and power of the house sound. Im a producer and engineer by trade and let me tell you its hard to make professionally recorded tracks sound as full and balanced as this was. Terry, worked his butt off and really did a good, quick job of setting up the bands. Ive been on stage as well and when the tech does everything possible to make sure the band has what it needs, theyll perform better. I saw a very good relationship between bands and front of house sound. Absolutely incredible experience, Randy is doing things right with his venue and Id encourage anyone to check this venue out.

My waitress, Sheyanne only had 2 tables. It took over 20 minutes to get our burgers. (Burgers were amazing!) I didnt get a refill on my drink for 30 minutes. We were handed two limes with her bare hand!! (For a dos equis). We were given no silverware or napkins and had to walk up to the bar to get them after waiting for her to come back and check on us (which she did not do). She informed us she was new and as a 26 year old who has always worked in the restaurant industry, I tried to be understanding. She stood around talking instead of being attentive and even had one of the bartenders hand her our burgers while continuing to do so. I understand being new, but she just didnt care. Never experienced such poor service in my life. The burgers are worth coming back.. but ill probably just get them to go next time. Oh, we were also OVER charged on our drinks and burgers!

Looking for a bite to eat at lunch time and couldnt find reviews outside of band comments. Decided to give it a shot and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the food. I had a panini with fries. Theyre very generous with the toppings, as they let you build your own. You can literally add roughly 10 toppings of your choice included in the price, if you choose to do so. The bartender Tanya was very nice and tended to everyone like they were family. I will definitely be back and will undoubtedly tell everyone I know about my experience. Give it a try!

The sound guy unplugged a musician that was asked to perform by the event organizer. I dont feel ambient rock is too edgy to be respectful to the musician. There may be more to the story, but Im pretty turned off by it. There are plenty of other places to see live music in the springs, go ahead and skip this one. All respect though, some of my friends like the place, so Im sure good things happen there too.

A total dive. Wasnt even in the place for an hour and came out to find my car had been broken into and items stolen. Loud and obnoxious crowd. Extremely slow service. You practically have to scream to get service. Restroom was filthy with vomit all over the floor. Maybe I just picked the wrong night to try this place, but I wont be back.

This is a great place to hang out if you wanna listen to a terrible death metal band and have people ask you about drugs. They dont pay the bands so why should you pay the cover charge? This place used to be cool but they need to clean up their act!

Ive seen a few shows here now, including Jag Panzer, Bang Tango, Quitters Anonymous, and more. Had a wonderful time at each of them. The staff are awesome! Hoping for many more shows in the future.

Funny that crappy bands write bad reviews because they cant play there. The best talent in town knows if youre going to play, you play the Station. Thats why theyve been there 40+ years.

The food is great and the bartenders make it feel like home away from home.
