Very disappointed! Local friends brought us to this establishment due to the great views & usually fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, we couldnt get our check and leave soon enough. The front house ignored requests when reservation was made. The waitress was friendly but obviously needs more training. My friend ordered a margarita that was disgusting. The waitress took it back, never asked if she wanted something else and brought back a margarita that was worse than the first one. It tasted as if the mix was outdated. Sooo bad. I was never asked if I would like another drink. The gentlemen at our table had to request drinks as needed. We asked multiple times before getting refill on our water. The food was "meh". Not really bad but nothing special and all well overpriced. We had to wait for our silverware after our food was served. I was handed chopsticks for my sushi but no silverware with a napkin. Had to request so I would have a napkin with my meal. The kids receive an ice cream sandwich with their meals and we waited nearly 20 min after we had to ask for them. Took forever for the waitress to pick up our bills for payment. We got tired of being ignored and made exact change with cash and got the eff out. It sucks to pay nearly $100 for a subpar meal and poor service. Wont be back :-/

Oh. My. Gosh. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! Our server did not come to our table for about 15 minutes after we were seated. There were a ton of employees but they just walked by us not even acknowledging we existed. Once the server finally came over it took another 15 minutes to get our drinks. We only ordered sodas and water. He dropped our drinks off and then told us that he would be right back after he took another tables order but we were wanting to order as soon as he dropped off those drinks. However when you drop the drinks off he said he would be right back in that took another 20 minutes. Starving! Once we ordered our food was fast, the kitchen was quick and the food was pretty good. However we never got our drinks refilled the whole entire time and we asked for the check as soon as we got our food because we knew how long that would take. We wont be going back unless the management is significantly changed. The service here was absolutely ridiculous. I have worked in food service industry for years both front and back of the house and I was just a palled. There was no toilet paper in the girls bathroom so I did go and tell the manager which he was very good about and remedied the situation quickly but I just cant Believe the terrible service staff.

April 21, 2017 Centennial CO I ordered a Mile High Cobb Salad. It came to the table without the chicken and it was a very empty salad with mostly mixed greens. They brought out a second one with chicken. As I got to the end of the salad, I had no lettuce left, just chicken and toppings. As i took a bite, I bit down on something very hard. It was ceramic piece of glass was in my mouth . The waiter was at the table when I spit it out. He reached out to take it from me. The manager came and I asked him where could that have come from.he said a broken dish. He asked was I ok. I still had shards in my mouth.I went to bathroom to rinse my mouth out and check my teeth. They still wanted me to pay the bill.I was treating everyone. They offered to take salad off and 20% off tab. I asked James if they could do 50%. James honored that but still left salad on there. $78 bill was now $39. This really ruined my experience. Server was James, who was nice. Cashier was Jeff, who is a manager as well who asked me was I ok and told me it came from a broken dish. The manager Tim is the one who brought the new salad out.

Came here once before but last night I tried to show a friend the area and thought it would be cool mostly due to the scenery. Unfortunately the place was too busy so I suggested we return at a later hour. We returned to a bartender that took 20 minutes to acknowledge us and took our order with a less than impatient growl. Unbelievably a typical can of PBR is 5.50$ here, which is completely asinine on every level for a bar. The undercover bouncers were sketchy, they make the bar feel like a guarded institution for drunks considering the view houses target demographics.... The viewhouse gets a single star based on my experience due to: The lack of appreciable service Exorbitant prices for not only drinks but also food The "guards" required at the business The overall the experience was an unfortunate culmination and the verdict resulted in a decision to never return. Try harder.

We had a terrible experience at the Viewhouse Centennial. We called ahead for seating for a larger party. After the staff tried to convince us not to make a reservation, when we arrived, the upstairs staff knew none of the details of the requested table. The service was slow, drinks were not refilled without flagging down the waitress, the food was cold and overcooked, mixed drinks were not drinkable, we werent provided with silverware until we had to request it. Imagine a table of 7, three of which are children, all sitting with food in front of them, waiting for silverware for close to 5 minutes. We spooke with the manager, who couldnt have cared less. We wont be back. Dont waste your money!!

The younger waitresses/hostess were pretty snobby, they dont give you any service until you LITERALLY go up and ask.. Waited 25 minutes to get seated just to wait another 20 some minutes for a server to come by. Our "waitress" completely ignored the fact that we were sat down and were ready to order. Did not even come over and ask if we needed drinks. You would think they would know how to do their job by now.. I had to WALK UP to a worker and tell her that we have not been helped at all, just to have the waitress FINALLY come by and act like she hadnt been walking passed us 15 times. Didnt even apologize. Food was good, service wasnt (.) This place only caters to people they want to cater to

Im not a hater, but Ive been a server. So I have a basis for comparison here. The service was effing horrible. I timed them, we literally waited 12 minutes to come by the table. Nothing. As we sat there, we were looking around at staff EVERYWHERE, standing around talking, laughing, having a great time. Certainly a better time than us! As we left, I spoke to the manager, Derrick. I told him we were leaving and why. He offered to do something special for us if we stayed, but by then we were passed caring. Its flashy. its pretty. Im sure the food is good. But worth the BS and poor service? NO. Go to a local brew house. Youll get better service, better beer, and probably have a better time.

Came here with a group of 10 for which the staff was very accommodating. The parking was terrible though, not enough space for that large of a place. The drinks are weak and overpriced. I ordered a double neat and was shocked at what I was served. It was slightly over an ounce, not even close to two ounces. Most bars are even more generous than two ounces, but I expect at least that. One of us didnt get their food despite asking repeatedly for it. The waiter said there would be no charge for that. Really? Duh. The meal never came. We all expected a better comp for not delivering someones meal. Thats really bad because I believe theyre in the business of serving food.
