I booked a room here through hotwire and I invite you to behold the magical story of my epic mountain of headaches they, and the hotel, heaped upon me when we tried to stay their for our anniversary. They made no mention that if we were paying cash they wanted a $250 deposit, which we didnt have. They refused to give us a room without the cash deposite yet they also refused to refund our money then put me on hold until I hung up and generally played the blame game as a previous user said. I had to become quite nasty and loud just to get a refund for a room they did not want to provide me. When they finally grudgingly refunded my money they referred to it as a "One time courtesy credit" as though they were bequeathing upon me an undeserved treasure, instead of providing the bottom rung of customer service that they should have from the beginning. During the entire process I was continually told that it was "In the fine print" which really amounts to no more than an "I told you so" as well as being told "Well, thats just the way its gonna be". The customer service was so far below substandard I dont know that theres even a metric to measure it, the attitude wasnt "The customers always right" but instead "the customer is at fault for not reading the fine print" and they royally screwed up my anniversary because I had to spend an hour on the phone with them in the middle of the night. Luckily a rival hotel stepped up to the plate and got us a room with no problem. Hilton and Hotwire are both services not worth using in the future for any reason, no matter how good the price is. Also, the guide here gives you only 2 options when reviewing with the bottom score which is "poor/fair" which is not accurate, there was only "poor" and absolutely nothing "Fair" about this transaction. Total garbage.

Defiantly the worst hotel experience I have ever had, I booked 36 hours in advance. Driving from Texas to Colorado for a funeral. When I got there I was told I was not in the system. I double checked the email confirmation to make sure I had the right time, date and address. I did. I booked via Expedia so the guy at the front desk gave them a call. Expedia needed to send the hotel associate a confirmation, there was about an hour and a half delay for this information to get the associates email. I asked if I could be possibly be put in a room while we were waiting after showing him the payment had already been processed and the email saying everything is set and booked with an itinerary number attached. He said no “No, Unfortunately, I do not have any open rooms we are booked solid for the day” Expedia sent him the email with the confirmation, he said that the number needed to start with 55 or 33 and that any other number wouldn’t work. The same kind of situation was happening to a couple across from me, (i believe they booked with TripAdvisor). Long story ending, Expedia issued a credit for another hotel and provided a refund. (That hotel trip went smooth). As I was leaving two separate people went up to the desk and talked with the lady associate, they both complained their room was dirty. Her response was “Not a problem, Let me get you guys in another room”

Let me count the ways. First off, I rarely write reviews. I write this one as I sit in bed for my final nights stay after begging the staff to change the blood-stained comforter in my room. Its not my blood, by the way. Dont worry, I sleep on the opposite side of the bed. I also retrieved my own towels from the front desk all but one night during my week-long stay. That was unfortunate, as I ran out of soap on day two. The one day they changed my towels and soap was due to my extensive plea to both the staff and their manager. My trash was only emptied once during my stay. My tub and sink were also only cleaned once during my week-long stay. It was pretty gross for a hotel bathroom that is ultimately shared with other guests on a regular basis. At the end of it, they had the audacity to leave a card offering points in exchange for future voluntary deferrals of room cleanings. I was tempted to ask the hotel to retroactively reward me for all the days I involuntarily deferred my room cleaning. My key also didnt work half the time. And while not a deal-breaker, it doesnt help in light of everything else this hotel doesnt do well.

The service here is insanely bad. I checked in just over an hour ago and not a single thing involving customer service has gone right. First, I was told that the room I had reserved was not available (this is at 6 PM, not some ridiculous hour like 11 PM); rather than a room with two beds, I was given a room with a single bed. Since no one was available to take luggage up to my room, I asked the front desk to call when someone was available. When I was called down to the lobby, the person who was supposed to help was missing. I was asked to wait in the lobby until he returned. An hour later, and the person is still not available. I called room service only to be told that the menu in the rooms were wrong. The person telling me made a crude insult about the manager, and then said I’d have to go to the restaurant downstairs to obtain an accurate menu. Because it’s never a good sign when this many flubs happen right after checking in, I asked to speak with the hotel’s general manager. When he called back, he sounded put out and was snotty. I finally told him to cancel my reservation; I’m going somewhere else.

I am staying while on a business trip. I havent had a problem with the service, but I am not a demanding guest. There are a couple quirks which is why I am writing this review. The internet is extremely slow. I checked it at a .5 Mbps upload speed. The kind lady at the front desk confirmed that it is a common complaint, and the internet throughout the hotel is slow; although, it is being addressed. The other thing worth mentioning is the beds. They have a lever that supposedly allows the firmness to be adjusted, but I see no difference while playing with the knob. The beds stay fairly stiff. A co-worker mentioned that his bed was stiff as well, and that the adjusting the knob had no effect. That being said, I have slept well on the bed every night. The breakfast is good, with a good variety of food. You can definitely eat $11 worth. If I was able to choose my hotel on the next go-around, I would try to find one with faster internet. I wasnt able to watch a 3 minute youtube video on 360p resolution without multiple pauses.

War ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt. Durch nahe LightRail Anbindung auch für Ausflüge, in die Stadt oder zum NFL Football sehr zu empfehlen. Direkte Anbindung zum SportsAuthorityField at MileHigh.
