I stayed here for a week. the hotel has great staff, but some down sides. The staff was always happy to be excused that the hotel is old. So let me tell u some tricks to work out the flaws. 1- Dont get rooms on 7th floor on hot days, The air conditioning cannot make it (had to change it as Air wasnt working and got a pop corn bag and free movie as sorry for inconvenience, nice!!) 2- Check out before the week end and re-check in, for week end rates. Hotel cannot change rates for week end !!!!! that s weird for a Hilton. Embassy suite could do it before it became hilton. 3- Internet will cost you $25 a week plus tax. Not sure why chains actually charge for it, when simple motels offer it for free. The bad news here is that, this wireless connection is VERY unreliable for getting large email attachments. They would keep reconnecting you to prevent downloads i guess. So dont plan to be receiving your bid proposal as one chunk , because it will not work. if you can live with the above (i did), the hotel is very recommendable.... a great pleasure being here.

There were several aspects of this hotel that were really pleasant. They had a really nice little reception from 5:30 to 7:30 with complimentary snacks and drinks including wine, beer, and mixed drinks. They also have a great continental breakfast. However, the hotel was under construction which wasnt a terrible bother, but there were some sections closed off. There were ants in my room, and the hotel engineer was very prompt in coming up to spray some non-toxic repellant. It was pretty noisy though. Especially during the reception time, I wasnt able to properly enjoy the living room of the suite because of the noise from the lobby/common area. Also, there was a gap in the bottom of my door and the floor/stripping so Im pretty sure thats why there was so much noise. At least I was able to go in the bedroom part of the suite and close the door for some peace and quiet. Lastly, the housekeeping staff probably could have been a little bit more thorough. Overall, my stay was pretty pleasant.

Stayed for 3 nights and no room service... no towels no coffee.... kids were running WILD! After i put my 1 year old down for a nap a group of boys began knocking on my door like animals! They didnt know i was right there and were dumbfounded when i opened the door an caught them. The elevators are ridiculously slow and it didnt help that the wild kids pressed every button on every elevator and froze them up to where no one could use them for at least 30 to 45 minutes! Breakfast was horrible. I guess they feel as if their guest act like pigs they should feed them as such.... bacon and sausage was under cooked and tasted as if it was a cheap frozen brand. Prices were extremely overpriced considering the choas going on in this place. A glass of milk was 2.75! Next time i will stay at the Fairfield Mariott where they are clean and have some rules for their guests

We got an extremely good price, possibly because there was construction going on. I loved the suite. Was in a smoking room (My husband smokes, I do not) & I never had to use the room air filter I carry with me on trips, so apparently they have a pretty good air filtration system. Free breakfast included cooked-to-order omelets, with a wide choice of ingredients. They used Fair Trade coffee for their machines in the rooms, which I appreciate. The 2 downsides: They charged for internet (though I was able to use the Business Center for free and did), which seems odd for a hotel that offers custom-made omelets for free. Also, the TV stations included Fox News but not MSNBC. If you are going to have the conservative station, you should also offer the liberal one. Fairs fair. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Went to 14ers for dinner with some friends and was treated to one of the best dinners that I have had in a long time. Had the sampler platter for apps (bacon wrapped shrimp, jalapeño poppers and wings) the wing sauce was an outstanding cranberry chipotle. Then my steak dinner came out and it was cooked perfectly to medium rare. That steak could have fed a small family. I sampled my friends dish which was a coffee maple braised pork chop and polenta... If I didnt love steak so much, I would have ordered that. Then Chef Tara brought us out her favorite desserts to try out. My friends and I almost fought over the smores dessert. I would highly recommend this restaurant to my friends.

I had to wait until 1700 to check in to my room , ice machine wasnt working. They are remodeling, so the hotel is a mess. First day the hot tub was cold and maybe to much chemical. Next day it was closed. My son was upset. It seems as if the air conditioner wasnt working in the whole building. I was disappointed with my stay this time. I have been coming to this hotel for 35 years. This was the first time its ever been like this. They gave 30k reward points for the trouble. I will go back again, but not until they have finished the remodeling. Overall stay was nice, even with all the troubles.

Dont waste your money!!! Reserved 2 rooms for 4 nights. We left after 1st night and found better hotel. Rooms were outdated. Both rooms had to have sheets changed due to stains and hair. Managers reception included uneatable snacks and the alcoholic drinks were cheap liquor and hot beer. Even though snacks and drinks were free, we could not finish them. Pool was cramped and poorly ventilated. We have stayed at several embassy suites in the past and have been pleased, but this one is by far the worst we have ever stayed at. Take my advice and stay somewhere else.

Wow. Im not going to lie. Im very disappointed. When we booked our hotel, the website stated that the pool and hot tub would be open by May 5th. We just arrived to no pool and no hot tub available. I wish we had known, as we booked mainly because we thought it would be here to relax in. We are extremely displeased about the whole situation. I would also like to add that, even in the top floor suites, the bathtub is incredibly tiny compared to the top floor suites at the Embassy in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Happy two year wedding anniversary to us... :(

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around... The Hotel is OK...its not the nicest hotel in Denver for sure, because it is older. Nevertheless, they have done a lot of updating and its very clean. The internet is free, but its is very slow. The service is fantastic. Probably the best service I have ever had. I gave it 5 stars because they seem to have done the best they could with what they have. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is okay. Check in was okay. They forgot to give me the loyalty snacks but they brought it to the room so no biggie. There was a loud noise off and on due to construction from the 1st floor. I was on the 4th. It was only during the day though. The wifi was horrible at this property. I found the bed comfy. The rooms are like any other modern embassy suites. However, the bathroom was left in the 80s not sure why. The breakfast was good! They did provide a paper with the hours for all the amenties which I appreciate.
