i come to the mardi gras alot, not so much to gamble alot, i come here because i can get around easy as i am a disabled vet and have a serious neuro muscular desease and need aids in walking(2 orthopedic canes) every one from the greeters to the hosts treat me with sincere kindness and respect and go out of thier way to help me and help me enjoy myself, i dont gamble as much as i would like but they still take care of me and my wife, we enjoy the machines and the atmosphere, it may be a large corp. casino but they are down to earth folks, and geo from new orleans you are an amazing human being talking with you every time i come, thank you for every thing, and ivan your the best, this is a sincere review i mean every thing im saying, thank you mardi gras emplyees for really putting in the effort to make my time wonderfull see ya next week (again)

Unbelievable, bad promotional program! When you go on vacation, and dont gamble there for a month, the comps are reduced drastically. I have been gambling here, for almost 25 years and have never seen anything like this.. As a Platinum player, I was earning, 1400 dollars in comps . This June, my comp total, amounts to 45 dollars. Loyalty and play, does not count in this instance. My thousands of dollars played here, over the years, was ignored. During the years, I have made many friends here, however, due to management downsizing, very few are left. Before you want to frequent this Casino on a regular basis, consider other available options.

Awesome casino! My family and I have been going here for years! Its a great atmosphere with the friendliest staff in town. We always seem to get lucky with their huge selection of modern games! The table games are always fun. And next door they have the nicest looking poker room in town! The buffet is great as well as the cafes. The bars and their staff are very nice. Over all, the casino has a great ambiance with the best staff around! Always a first stop for my family and I!

Won promos but the card wont work and cant cash anything in. Woman at players desk was not helpful and threw my card at me after I told her she never gave me a pin number for my card. Im never coming here again even though they owe me a blanket and 20 dollars cash. Told players club they can have my card back.

I went there yesterday. I walked in and was IDd before being allowed on the casino floor which is pretty normal. Not even 2 minutes later I was IDd again. They gave me a wrist band this time. I spent my 30 minutes in this casino and was IDd two more times with a wrist band. I felt like I was being harassed.

Your service is absolutely horrible! I cant even begin to express how rude and terrible the workers are. And the fact they wont let any one under 21 cant go get Dunkin doughnuts! Is unbelievable how do you expect to get service and make money!

most unproffesional casino I have ever been to. They walk around on walkies they are oceans 14 and treat their patrons like they are basically slot machines feeding them money. Dont ever come here. EVER
