INCREDIBLE EVENT!!! I want to tell you how impressed I am with Casino Party USA, and more specifically Brian Masters. Our company hosted a convention at the Colorado Convention Center in July and wanted a "Casino Themed Atmosphere" for our attendees. We shopped around the internet, and made several phone calls, and one name kept coming up. Casino Party USA. In the process of booking this event, our company required me to get quotes from several other companys in the Metro Denver area. We reached out to several other companys in the area, and unfortunately for them it took several days for us to hear back from them. When I did have conversations with them, the conversations we usually very quick and to the point. They typically told me the number of tables to expect, and the pricing. Brian Masters was the ONLY one who described how the event would take place. He explained how the guest would be greeted, chips distributed, instruction for the players if necessary, and the distribution of the prizes for the top players. I was impressed. Still though, we had to meet with several of the other companys in order to have the Bidding process approved. We requested a meeting to discuss the layout, time frame, and event with all of the companys we were taking proposals from. The hour of the meeting, Brian Masters of Casino Party USA was the ONLY representative at the meeting. Afterwards we were given the excuses of "traffic problems", "scheduling errors" and even "we couldnt find you." Highly unprofessional. We booked with Casino Party USA on the spot. The night of the event, I had flown in earlier in the day from New York, and I immediately went to the Convention Center. As I walked into the Convention Room we were using, I heard loud, happy noises and laughter. As I approached I saw the commotion. Casino Party USA had the room setup, and were ready to go. They were just waiting for me to announce the event. We had over 1000 guests in attendance. Casino Party USA provided us with 54 casino tables including: craps, roulette, 21, poker, and a money wheel. The dealers were dressed in tuxedos or black dresses. They all had smiles and photo badges identifying who they were. I never played craps before, but the two ladies on the craps table were patient and studious and helped myself as well as the other players learn how to play the game. (While I am no expert, I would be comfortable going to Las Vegas and playing for real money after their instruction.) Meanwhile Brian Masters and Derrin were "Pit Bossing" the event and made sure all of the guests were having a great time. Brian even stopped by my table several times to make sure I was being taken care of. I was overwhelmed with the professionalism that I saw. At the end of the night, the President of my company came to me and said, and I quote "These guys are fantastic! Where did you find them?" I explained how the process came to be. He told me "Great party, great idea!" I would imagine that there are several companies in Denver that are in the line of work as Casino Party USA. I know because I tried to talk to them. They simply do not know who they are competing with, Casino Party USA. The equipment was top notch, the staff was absolutely amazing, and Brian Masters kept the party going throughout the night. My last note.... We gave Casino Party USA only a three week notice that we were hosting this event. The speed and expertise that they were able to pull this event off for us was amazing. I cannot speak highly enough for them. and their "Bid" was far lower than the other companys including the ones who didnt bother to show up for the Event Planning Meeting. I work for an international corporate event planning company, but am based in Jackson WY. We recently had a client that wanted to do a professional poker night inside the hotel they which they were staying. With such a last minute add I wasnt sure we would be able to pull it off, but I found Casino Party USA and they assured me they would take care of it, and they certainly did! They drove up the proper equipment from Denver- mid snowstorm- with the dealers (some were sourced locally) and were right on time for set up. They were extremely professional and friendly. Our guests had a wonderful time- and I wouldnt want to use any other casino vendor rather than Casino Party USA for any of our clients that request this type of event! Thank you guys so much!

We have used Casino Party USA for our company Christmas parties for the last 3 years (we average about 150 attendees each year). Brian has been great to work with and his staff of dealers are awesome - very professional and friendly! They make the gambling fun and are helpful to those who dont understand some of the games. The equipment they use is clean and very nice. These guys are so easy to work with too.. I have also used one of their DJs for the last 2 parties and they been great as well - kept things moving, played a large variety of music, and just great guys! Their pricing is very fair and better than some other companies I called. I would definitely recommend them for your next party!! :-)

As a busy wedding and event planner - I need vendors I can rely on - Casino USA is the best. They are on time, professional, provide a great experience for my clients and are super easy to work with. The price is VERY reasonable for the service they provide. The Casino USA Team is friendly and very knowledgeable and completely polite - come dressed for the part and have made every casino night ( and grooms party nights) a huge success. We have used Casino Party USA for the past 3 years for a fundraiser for our for purpose charity. The first year we had a minimal amount of attendees. However, as word spread of the great time they had, we have now outgrown our last 3 locations due to the amount of people attending. The owner, Brian, came and ran a team of talented, professional, friendly dealers who took care of my employees like no other! Brian acted as the MC and DJ for the night by keeping my employees engaged and excited. This company knows what they are doing and we will be using them again, and again!

We had Brian and his crew travel all the way to Gillette, WY for our Girls Fastpitch Annual Fundraiser, and to say we had a good time was an understatement we had a phenomenal time! Brian was amazing with the crowd and helped us raise a significant amount of money for our organization. The dealers were great and we heard nothing but great things about all of them.
