Some family was in town and they really wanted Crab Legs after calling a few places, we found that the Grand Casino had all-you-can-eat crab legs on Friday night. I personally dont eat them but I decided to tag along. When we got there we were sat down immediately, given waters, and asked if we would like anything else too drink. After no time we were whisked through the buffet line and my family had mountains of crab legs like they wanted. Not eating the crab legs, I had some of the steak and catfish. To my surprise both were really good. As the night rounded to a close and my family had given the "Worlds Deadliest Catch" guys a job for the next few months, I asked them how everything tasted. Already having seen the shock on their faces about how easily they were too crack and how much meat came out of them, I thought I knew the answer. I was very surprised when my dad chimed up first and said they were the best he had had in his 50 or so years, too which both of my grand parents agreed. My sister being the largest crab leg eater of us all said she would like to have her birthday dinner there every year as they were so good. I know this review didnt go into much detail about the actual casino our resort portion of the Grand Casino but having had such a grand experience at one of their restaurants I see my family going back there frequently and for years to come. My only wish is that we can stay longer next time and maybe win some of that dinner back on the slots. :-)

I used to go there because I like to be a loyal guest but Ive won a lot and lost much more. The point here is, these greedy folks do not have any kind of loyalty at all. Ive been on a losing streak for a while and they reward me with $15 three times a month and offer a room so they can continue screwing me over, its totally unreal. So I go to several other casinos to try them out and almost all of them reward me with an automatic giant bonus play, other bonuses, and free rooms because lets face it, they all know who I am and that Im a high roller so they want to keep me coming around. Thats called LOYALTY wouldnt you say Grand? So you go ahead and keep showing your appreciation of $15 bonus play and Ill keep using it, however I refuse to keep losing the thousands Ive lost at your greedy casino. Ill play whatever you decide to give and spend my $1 to activate, then I with take my money to win or lose on somewhere else. Take a look at my records you greedy losers and see the hundreds of thousands Ive ran through your machines over the years. Your welcome for helping build your hotel, garage, restaurants, and many machines. Now Im going to help go build other casinos up that actually appreciate my loyalty. Its a shame you guys knowingly did this to me and some others I know. Peace greedy people

Located right outside of Shawnee, Oklahoma about 30 minutes from Oklahoma City. The Grand Casino is for the family. Theres an indoor pool and a variety of places to eat from the new sushi restaurant, a sports bar, the flame, a buffet even a Subway. If youre a smoker, it is a smoking casino. Who could tell when they filter the air 8 times an hour with smoke deodorizer. Slots and cards free ice cream and soda. Dont forget the spa. A relaxing environment where you get pampered like the woman you are. Friendly staff are everywhere. The Grand has found some great people to work for them and help make your experience even better. It was AWESOME. Snag a ticket to one of the events they have. You wont regret it.

Upper class finishings on a middle class budget. We got a room last minute after several hours in the casino and we were really surprised at how nice it was! The bathroom had barn style rolling French doors with a large two person fully enclosed shower. No bathtub but theres a small seat in the shower for shaving etc. The room was nice and theres even an iPad for your use while there. The front desk attendants were wonderful and we really felt like they were looking out for our best interests as guests. We slept from early morning until check out completely undisturbed. Didnt even know housekeeping was in the hall until we left. Overall a wonderful experience. We would love to stay there again!

First few times I went to Grand Casino I didnt win much but the last time I did win, finally. Pros: Easy location to get to and easy to find Big, lots of games and lots to do Clean, not much smoke at all Table games Friendly staff Plenty of comp. Rooms Cons: Although they announce jackpot winners they are small wins and not many wins considering the amount of people and games. Dont have many of the games I like. Players card doesnt offer much in the way of promotions. Players card requires an astronomical amount of points before it gives $1 in free play. No free play or promotions for new members.

Their promotions suck, New member promos suck, birthday promo , "like seriously". And to top it all off, where the free WiFi go. It aint like you cant afford it, especially when us spenders rather we are considered small or big, get raped by your machines and get lil if nothing back in return. Casinos here are not givers they take take take cause your bingo patterns didnt win during the last our first 25 calls. There you have it, my review. If I could vote on a negative scale I would. Greedy bastards, they will take the free ice cream away next, lol.

Room itself was fine. Stayed in a double queen room, and even ordered an extra roll away bed, which they brought up quickly. However, you have a very limited channel selection, which I wish offered more. Also had free WiFi....BUT....it was very very slow and would cut in and out. Need a stronger signal. Especially for being on the 10th floor. I would say it was just...OK. should have been better, especially for the price.

place sux..but something to do really..cant go play a twenty like the good old days..at least u could play for a hr. or so on 20 or so believe it not anymore..takes twenty and maybe a small hit ..if u play min. and I do play min.when I just want to play for while and relax in hopes to maybe hit a bonus....use to but dont go with a twenty anymore..maybe at kickapoo I still will

We were travelling west on I-40 and wanted to stop for dinner. The casino was right off the interstate. We hoped they had a nice restaurant and found they had both a sports bar and a steakhouse. We opted for the sports bar and had a great dinner at a good price. The staff was very nice as well. It was a lot more fun than stopping at the standard chain places to eat.

The gentleman that checked us in for our rv spot was super nice. Everyone in casino so very nice and helpful. The only problem we had was when we were leaving casino. Ask for shuttle back to motor home because I have very bad knees the young kid said he would get it. Waited 30 minutes he walked past us many times. Never did get shuttle so we had to walk. :(
