Some friends and I arrived at Infusion Lounge in San Francisco around 10:30 pm on Saturday night. We received such unprofessional treatment from a few of the employees there that I thought it worthwhile to inform the management about our experience. I found this email address by clicking on the clubs website tab labeled "management," however, if this is incorrect, please let me know so that I may direct my comments to the proper person. Unfortunately, when we entered the club, the employee stamping wrists pushed the stamp down so hard that the stamp cut my wrist so much so that it bled. When I pulled my hand back, he did not even hint at an apology, but instead barked at all of us to keep moving. Once inside, we walked to the dance floor. To our left, two other male employees were moving a large stage box on a dolly. They dropped the box and it fell, hitting my friend. In the same motion, the dolly slid out, and hit me. While both of us were able to stay upright, when we turned the the employees, one of them said, "move over." Again, no apology, no concern for our safety - and, we were in the middle of the dance floor, not near the stage, not near an employee entrance/exit so his request that we "move over" had nothing to do with our location in the establishment. When I looked at the employee with surprise, he then added, "you were in our way." At that point, I went to ask for a manager. I did not expect anything, but thought I should alert someone to the rudeness of the employee. I was directed to Scott Careon. I briefly explained the situation and said, "I just thought you should be aware." His response - "they dont speak English." When I corrected him, he next said "F--- you, what do you want?" I was totally shocked that a manager would speak to any patron that way. I said, all I wanted then was his supervisors information. He gave me his card, and disappeared quickly. I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior and would NEVER return to Infusion. A little courtesy goes a long way, a simple apology from any one of the three employees would have significantly improved my impression of the lounge.

This place was pretty darn cool. I love how it is only steps away from Powell BART, meaning you dont have to risk your life going through the tenderloin to get to and from the place. But you need to arrive early because it gets packed fast. I arrived at 9:45 or so and I still had to wait like 5 minutes to get in. Get there long after 10, and you are going to be waiting a long time. So plan accordingly. If youre on the guest list, you get half off and pay $10 instead of $20. But I do not like how this place makes that back and way more by charging a whopping $10 per drink! Totally ridiculous in my book... My suggestion: Get nice and buzzed before you go and then just have one or two drinks at the most once there. Or none at all. The club itself is pretty good. Bartenders are total eye-candies with gorgeous male bartenders and a bartendress who was wearing a tight tight tight corset and her boobs were protruding so far out I thought they were going to pop out at one point like Janet Jackson. (Im sure she gets tipped very, very well!) As for the patrons, there are actually HOT guys there dressed nicely! Much better than the 3 foot Latinos and ghetto thug wannabes at Suite 181. This TOTALLY hot, looks-like-jude-law New Zealander started chatting me up and I was like wow. Many people consider me to be striking, but I felt like a troll next to him! So that was nice. There was some serious eye candy there, more so than at some of the other clubs Ive visited in San Francisco. The crowd seems a bit pretentious, but there is always that diamond in the rough. Bathrooms are weird... they really shouldnt have them unisex... I mean, what if a girl wants to fix her bra or adjust her clothing or fix a wardrobe malfunction? Cant do that with all the men coming in and out of there! Music is good... I love how they switch up the house with the hiphop/top 40s stuff so that everyone can enjoy. I had very low expectations for this place, but I and everyone else there enjoyed ourselves (Went for a friends birthday party) and I will be back because of the location and the eye candy, especially!

Hi, Im a local and ENJOY the night life, like to boogie... YES "OG" here. lol My regular club I REALLY like... Slides was booked, The doorman I know said hey go check out "INFUSION" So I did. You had "MONSTER" Line, went to VIP rope and told door I was sent over from Slides. Doorman grabbed a "BOSS" Nice looking young man w/ Blond short kinda spiky hair. He was FRIENDLY courtous and when I told him I was sent over BY">>>" He looked me over and WELCOMED me to your club. As i was going in overherd doorman ask WHO was the name I gave ??? The man w/ the BRAINS said I dont know BUT, if I sent someone to Slides I would expect them to take "CARE" of them... THATS "OG" CLASS !!! NOT found in city too much anymore... Had a Fn GREAT time .. Super mix of music AND the SAX player was just SMOKING>>> Bartenders were nice friendly and even though they NEVER had seen me b4, when some "KIDS" got a little frisky, STAFF handled it WELL and read situation PERFECT... ( kids will be drunk kids lol). Nice ROOM GREAT STAFF !!! This "OLD MAN" will be back for more "GOOD" scotch ,GREAT MUSIC, DANCING and EXCELLENT STAFF !!! Butler PS... 25 years in hospitality... VERY VERY tough to please me, you NAILED it on first outing as did Slides... :)

One of the worst clubs anyone can go to or imagine . The bar tenders have so much attitude and are very rude . I never knew about horrible customer service till I went here . Me and my friend got here around 12 am and was there for an hour someone stole all my belongings and my new cell phone I asked one of the people who worked there to check lost and found and they just yelled saying the club is closing in few mins and check back on Tuesday since lost and found cant be checked till Tuesday . Very very rude people the ones who work there and not helpful at all . I called after Tuesday and they didnt find any of my things . I had to file a police report since I lost all belongings. I had a horrible experience at this club would not recommend it .
