Weve been here now about 6 times and we really dig the place. We initially went to their tasting room on Santa Barbara a couple times and they told us there about the Little Italy location. They specialize in pinot not but carry a good selection of others, including some great rosés right now. Friendly staff, food looks good. Italian snack type stuff.

The male with white facial hair working seemed annoyed with the fact that we were there. Pretty sure he is incapable of smiling too. Responded to my girlfriends familys questions in a very rude tone. Thought the atmosphere was appealing visually, but as far as friendly, inviting customer service goes, not so much. Cool spot, lame staff.

The staff during my visit was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and downright bubbly. The atmosphere is being developed as the place is pretty new. Anyone who gives a 1 star to a place because the walls are too white is an icky poo head.

Staff was not welcoming, very rude. Felt that they just wanted us out as quickly as possible. Used the same glass for all tastings. Didnt explain what they were pouring us, just walked back in the kitchen and ignored us.
