*Note- Let it be known that I have never in my life written a review about anything online because it goes against every fiber of my being; however, I owe it to Prints On Wood to write this review. The entire staff at Prints On Wood truly goes above and beyond their job descriptions. Long story short, I had placed an order and had a question concerning redistribution of the create your own images. My question was answered within a few hours by a staff member who is determined to deliver no matter what the circumstance, Jasmine. (to those wondering they do not redistribute the create your own images). While receiving the response I wanted to add a frame and again I asked Jasmine and it was done within a few hours. Where their staff truly shined was once my order was printed I was contacted by Jasmine concerning the quality of the print because it came out pixelated and distorted. She had members of her team correct the image at no extra cost. I received my order and I was literally blown away by the quality. The image quality coupled with their customer service standards made this experience one that will be remembered. If you are debating whether or not to make your order, at least you now know you have peace of mind knowing that regardless of what happens you are in good hands with people who do not have a double digit IQ, listen to the customers needs, and then go above and beyond expectations in every single definition of the word.

My experience with Prints On Wood has been absolutely amazing! Despite at first choosing a darker grain print style that was not optimal for my style of photo, Prints On Wood did a reprint. No questions asked. Their main concern was my satisfaction. Jasmine walked me through the process to choose the printing style that would fit my needs. Being that my photo contained many shadows and details the Bright White option was the best fit for me. The final product was beyong good. It was phenomenal! The detail and clarity of the print was perfect! They have brought such a precious picture of mine to life. Jasmine was very prompt in answering any questions that I had. They also took great care in packaging. I have never seen such professional packaging in my history of online ordering. I will be recommeding them to my family and friends. There was a Timed Released Alex Pardee print that I missed out on and emailed a customer service rep at PoW. They were able to get me onto the limited run. Jasmine was the bestest. I always appreciate when someone goes above and beyond to help out a customer. I am a big fan of PoW. I own all the Jeff Sofo Seeker Friends and Elementals. Along with the Buffmonster releases. I even won the Luke Chueh print contest. The quality of the prints are incredible. Shipments are well wrapped and padded to avoid a lot of potential issues. Overall a supreme company. I always recommend PoW to friends who want to create a unique gift (a wedding portrait printed on wood is an awesome anniversary gift). Keep up the great work guys!

Overall, I was very impressed by the color reproduction and quality of the wood and ink of the prints. The images are sharp and vibrant. If you prepared your image on a calibrated monitor, then you will be very happy that the prints will match. One of my prints wasnt everything I had hoped it would be and thanks to the fantastic customer service, it was reprinted and sent to me very quickly at no charge. I cant say enough about how great their customer service is at Prints on Wood. They are knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely buy more prints in the future.

For my and my wifes Wood Anniversary (thatd be the 5th), I thought it would be fun to have a wood card made. Prints on Wood was the perfect choice for the project. The customer service was superior, and they helped me put together a 5" x 7" print on wood that far exceeded my expectations. Its a beautiful piece of art, and I cant wait to order more from them soon. The price was extremely reasonable, and the shipping was very fast. Great company!

Prints on Wood was the first company I stubble across that did prints of art on nice wood panels. The prints look great and the wood panels come ready-to-hang (there is also the option of having it displayed on a stand). My experience with customer service has been more than wonderful. I keep coming back to them and they are my go-to source for awesome colored prints!

They did an excellent job. I printed a sports memorabilia type poster on wood with the natural gloss finish. You can see the wood through in some places, which looks cool and kind of vintage. Came out really really nice!!
