As I was leaning over to fix a divot in the green, I had to ask myself why I bothered when the greens were so destroyed. The attendant blamed Online deal Seekers for the damage to the course, but even if that were true it still doesnt excuse not repairing the course. This is one of the worst maintained courses in the Sacramento region since Bass Lake has officially closed. They say the 7th hole is the most difficult in Sacramento, but its not difficult, its just that the course was designed with the seven whole is an afterthought, squeezing it in wherever they can make it fit. You can get on the green in one using a 4 hybrid.

AWEFUL! DO NOT GO! The overweight lady who works their is rude as hell! The golf pro is useless as well. Waste of money and they tried to slap us with extra fees that were not listed either! Do yourself a favor and do not go! I hope they read this and try to improve

the price is right . The scenery is nice . I have had no problems with the staff . Even as a beginner golfer I can make it through this course in two hours or less . Just be careful the river likes to take your balls . The 7th hole is quite challenging.

This nine hole course runs right along the American River near CSUS....the bike trail and the river form the boundaries and make for a beautiful setting. Its a real good place to work on your irons and short game. The price is right. Check it out.

Staff was extreamly rude . We had 4 beginners in our party and since the course is only nine wholes we figured that it would be the best place to learn but boy were we wrong.

Nice inexpensive 9 hole course. Certain employees can be grumpy. I would be too without sir conditioning.
