I love their wines. Especially the Zinfandel. Great staff all around. Nice atmosphere and cute gift shop. Taco Tuesday is must there with El Tio Alex. So much history at the winery, you must take time to read and view their display. The price of the tastings and bottles are very economical. I hope they look into having live music and a Vinters seated tasting or Winemaker tasting. That would be nice. Wine club membership is the best I have seen so far within Southern CA. I have also enjoyed their Yoga at the Winery events. Local residents and anyone visiting the area should take the time to visit Joseph Filippi and get to know their history and wines! Oh and if you looking for a good Port, they have the best!

The main reason this place gets only three stars from me is because Im not a big fan of their wines. Ive done a couple of wine tastings here and Ive always left feeling like something was missing. Look, Im all for supporting the local guy, but if you dont sell a product thats any good, Im just going to have to go elsewhere. Still, five different tasting for $5 isnt bad - especially when you get to keep the wine glass!

Wine tastings can be hit or miss, do not feel embarrassed to ask for another server, not everyone will mesh, and they can sometimes push not so great matches. Wine club can be a great deal for locals, free tastings for you and a guest, plus discounts on wines. May be a bit light on whites for some. Wine club also requires two quarterly club selections, for about fifty dollars each. For us, it was a great value.

Awesome tour!!! Had a bachelor dinner here, and the food was amazing! We shared the lasagna, prime rib, chicken tequila, and lamb pasta. We wine tasted and was assisted by Santos. He was so courteous! He introduced us to Stella rosa black. Definitely my new fave!!! We met the owner too... Super nice old man. This is great for a date or an awesome girls night out. Gotta go back soon. ;) yum!!

Nicole is the worst wine club associate there is! My friend Donna Micheals at 1015 Hockley Lane Forney Tx 75126 was charged 3 times and never received her wine. You would think they would sent to her but no they pocketed the money!!

Great wine, friendly staff, and decent priced wine tasting. But they didnt have a winery tour which was disappointing. If you want to take a tour call ahead to see if they are having them that day.
